Thank you for a lovely experience. We came in to clean and adjust my engagement ring and the team at Dracakis were so helpful in educating us in ring sizes and diamonds, it made us feel confident in their work. Not only that, the quality of their service was very good and at a high standard that I will definitely be back for them to help me with my wedding band, as well as any other pieces I choose to purchase or redesign.
Overall, a great experience.

Absolutely fabulous service
Absolutely fabulous service - we were using Dracakis Jewellers at Warringah Mall for an insurance claim to replace a missing stone from my engagement ring. They were incredibly helpful; organised everything and had my ring repaired and ready for me when they said they would.

Great Customer Service
My partner and I had a really positive shopping experience with Nick Drakakis at their Warringah Mall shop. We could not have been better looked after and we will certainly return and also recommend their jewelry to our friends.

Shopping for a special birthday present
Good advice at choosing a favourite piece ,but it needed more than one staff member to explain certain questions we had regarding the jewellery. Also we didn’t receive a detailed description of a quite expensive necklace ( sale or not sale doesn’t matter ). Leaving the shop we were hardly acknowledged any more because another customer had entered the shop.
Nevertheless I am happy with my choice and as we found a very nice Necklace from a shop that provides very good quality jewellery.

We have some new staff at the moment who are still learning the ins and outs of the jewellery industry, sometimes they may need to call on the Brothers or other more experienced staff to ensure you, the customer, gets the correct information and advise. We are genuinely sorry to hear you felt unacknowledged leaving the shop, this was most certainly not purposeful, we ensure all our customers are dealt with from start to finish with 100% of our attention. Here, we obviously dropped the ball and for this we are sorry. We very much look forward to your next visit and when you do need those diamonds to sparkle like new again please do pop in for a clean and polish, free of charge. Exquisite and elegant
Initially we had a few hiccups with my purchases but in the end I am one very satisfied customer. The jewellery is exquisite and feels me with love every day.

What an absolute find.
What an absolute find, I was looking for an Opal and had looked around the Rocks area but couldn't find what I was looking for . My cousin suggested going to Dracakis Jewellers , as she had bought a ring there many years ago, well to my delight I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff were superb in getting everything sorted.
I would recommend a visit.
