Our Bespoke Mission
From the moment we walked into the store we were attended to with professionalism yet friendly staff. Our request was bespoke and this did not phase them, we ended up with exactly what we wanted, beautifully packaged and within budget. Excellent standard of service.

Excellent service and workmanship
I took my engagement ring to Drakakis for help with a faulty setting. Although the original ring did not come through Drakakis, I was treated like a valued customer right from the start. The ring was reset beautifully, with excellent workmanship. They delivered the finished product on time and as promised. I would like to have another ring made in the future and I will be returning to Drakakis.

Remake of an Eternity Ring
My wife and I approached Dracakis Jewellers Brookvale, looking for advice on remaking an eternity ring. We were looked after by Nick Dracakis who provided great advice, ideas and immediate pricing. This was in contrast to the other jewellers who required a third party to provide pricing and encroached on our limited timeframe.
Nick made our experience enjoyable and the team provided a fantastic eternity ring within our timeframe. We were very happy with the price and professional service we received. In my opinion, there is no substitute to a family run business when looking for quality and service with a great price.

I honestly couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I had a ring made here and Theo was so patient and professional when discussing the process/using the materials I provided him with and the ring turned out absolutely beautifully. Would definitely recommend.
