Gold neckless purchase from Dracakis Jewellers Brookvale
My wife and I purchased a gold neckless recently from Dracakis Jewellers Brookvale. We were looked after by Nick Dracakis who we have done business with previously.
Nick made our purchase of such a special item enjoyable and offered us many options and advice on the pros and cons of each. In the end we selected the very first neckless we were shown by Nick and were very happy with the price and professional service we received.
My wife and I would recommend Dracakis Jewellers Brookvale to anyone wanting to add that special piece of jewellery to their private collection. If you ask for Nick to look after you, your purchasing experience will be enhanced and you will leave the store extremely satisfied just as we were.

Pretty harsh refund policy
Pretty harsh refund policy. Unfortunately unwilling to refund a bracelet i bought for my wife (wasnt quite right), even though I returned it the day after i bought it.
Im no longer a 'long time' customer.
