The detector I bought was exceptional…
The detector I bought was exceptional value for money. However, the coil fixing pin was missing from the unit. When I reported this the staff went out of their way to make sure the missing part was delivered in the next post, along with a freebie to make up for the inconvenience. I'll certainly be using th is company again!

Excellent customer service correcting an order
Excellent customer service correcting an order. I accept things can go wrong but it's how it's dealt with that matters to me.
Due to stock and to prevent delay Jordan even upgraded the order in correcting it.
More than satisfied and can highly recommend.
