We tried Dragonfly's Hemp CBD Body & Facial Care Cream on our hands that were chapped to the point of cracking and bleeding. The bleeding stopped immediately and the cracks healed within a day. This product is wonderful, and we feel really good about the ingredients since they are all natural. On top of it all, the company's customer service was fabulous!

I have tried other cbd oils and they have a plant like taste. I tried Dragonfly 300 today and the taste made me retch. It has an unpleasant fishy taste, which is very off putting if you don't like fish. I would recommend the flavoured versions in future.

Missing orders and missing customer service which from looking at the reviews, seems to be a theme. Reached out a couple of times and got no reply so will be cancelling my subscription before I lose anymore money. Avoid this company. Absolute blaggers.

Joined the subscription service and have not received any cbd oil for the past two months but payment has been taken. Will not respond to emails or phone calls.
Do not order from ghis company.

I like the Dragonfly CBD oil, but their customer service is non-existent. I have ordered the oil a few times and am now on a repeat subscription. However, I have not received my last order and despite contacting Dragonfly via their website and email multiple times, I have received no response. It has been 28 days and I still haven't received my order or any communication from the company.

Ordered 10 days ago. Nothing about delivery. Unable to contact as website chat always states no one available. No response from repeated request about my order. Has this company folded. Beware before you order from them.

I ordered cbd oil on Father’s Day .next day delivery so it was supposed to come on Tuesday .I had to wait a whole week for a parcel ,wrote two messages about what’s going on to the email addresses provided on their website,no respond up to this day .so sad cause I purchased their products two times before and everything was perfect

I’ve been taking the 3000mg 30ml for a few months which has greatly helped to ease my anxiety and improve my sleep. the taste can be a bit grassy but I understand it’s because it’s organic. Thanks

Very happy with my subscription of CBD patches from Dragonfly.
No issues with use of product, high-quality and does the job. Delivery is always on time and security packaged.
Various flavours of oils that are conveniently sized so handy to keep in a bag etc. Very happy with this company and brand of CBD, will continue to use their products into the future.

I give a reluctant 2 stars because I normally have very good service. However, I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive it. Although, the problem may be in transit.

I have found Dragonfly to provide excellent customer service. The product I order is brilliant and can recommend CBD oil it really does make a difference.

Online ordering is easy. Kept up to date where your goods are,and prompt delivery. The cbd oil is very good .for me the best.

Big delay in the delivery of an order, but hadn’t been notified of the delay. Eventually spoke to Ahmed who sorted everything out for me, arranging a refund for the items that were out of stock and delivery of the rest of the order that was available

I ordered 4 bottles of CBD oil in january on a special offer for about £190. When they arrived one was broken and had lost the contents but the other 3 were ok. I took photos and sent them with an email but had no reply. Then I noticed that the expiry date on the remaining 3 bottles was feb 2023! So all in all a complete waste of money! I will not be using them again.

Delivered 2 items with close (1.5 months) expiry date and when tried to contact customer service (3 times now, twice via chat and once via email) - no response.
Very disappointing product and non-existent customer service for the price point.

I absolutely feel the benefits of taking CBDon on a daily bases. I can feel my energy level get increase, also my anxiety seeing to get lower.
