I cancelled the order due to a crack in the tank. No response. The day before delivery, I phoned about 10 times and sent another email. No response. Oil delivered, leaked.

Deliveries on time and competitive prices.

Ordered oil with Dragon Petroleum, but service was mixed. Delivery was late both times, which was frustrating. Prices seem competitive, and ordering online is straightforward, but communication is lacking. They don’t keep you properly updated on delivery. It’s a shame because it seems they could do better. Will consider alternatives in the future.

I have an awkward entrance into my back garden where the oil tank is, but because the driver always let's me know when he's on his way, I'm able to unlock the back gate ready for the delivery. The driver is always polite and helpful.

When we lived on Anglesey we often found Dragon to be helpful and competitive.

Since "downsizing" into full retirement in Rhuthun 3 years ago we have found Dragon to be just as helpful and competitive in this area, so now have a payment plan in place and have every confidence that Dragon will look after us well.

Poor service. I've ordered from you twice now and both times you have delivered over 10 days late. Really disappointing. We will not be using dragon again.

Terrible service from a depot 2 miles away! Paid for my order, accepted my order over a week ago, received email saying I would receive ‘on or before 3rd September’ I stayed in both days to take delivery, never turned up, rung on the 3rd to be told they just send that email out and it would be any day that week!! Rang in the 4th to be told it would be with me that day, nope! Rang the 5th, told driver had run out of time and they would chase it up and contact me!! Still waiting, and surely if he ran out of time and I’m 2 miles away, they should have delivered first thing on the 5th??? They have my money and I have no oil! Daylight robbery!!

Ordered online and received an email with date of delivery. There was a two week wait which I didn’t mind to much. The date come and went so a few days after the date and still no delivery I contacted them to be told it would be the next day didn’t arrive contacted them again and told it would arrive the next day didn’t arrive contacted once more and told it would arrive that day also on the same day received a delivery date which had been and gone 5 days before which didn’t make any sense delivery didn’t happen, no apology or explanation just another fob off for next day delivery. Cancelled my order and went with someone else who was actually cheaper. Just as well it’s still warm and heating not needed yet but if they carnt deliver now what are they going to be like in the winter unreliable wouldn’t use again

Just brilliant service, lovely people. They make you feel cared for, make sure deliveries are on time, and help with financing and payments. Just all round a pleasure to deal with.😊😊

Delivery and price good and reliable however I keep asking for an email from you showing my account balance so I know I have enough credit in my account in order to pay please can you send me an account balance regularly ?

When I spoke to the manager, he went to investigate and never called me back.
Even though I had explained there are 2 routes of access to the property.

I was given a delivery date after ordering on the website of Feb 1st at the latest. There was no delivery so I emailed to ask why. There was no reply and no reply to a second email so I ordered elsewhere.

I have used dragon petroleum Dyserth for the last 3 years. Friendly service if you order over the phone, or you can order online. Prices are always competitive.
Haven’t met a driver yet, but delivery’s always on time and delivery note posted through door. Highly recommended
