Great Customer Service Experience

Outstanding customer service!

Not only do I love their eye products, especially their no more baggage eye gel, but their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with one of the products I received, and they offered to send me a new one. Customer Service of this level is hard to find nowadays. My Dr. Is better than yours!

What an incredible product. I've been using no more bags for a year now. It truly does what it says. I'm 70 years old but because of this product no one believes that I am. Customer Service is excellent. I was out of the country and did not receive my order. I contacted customer service and I had a replacement in a few days. This company really cares about providing great products and excellent customer service.

I have not received a response from customer service. I sent two emails, they say 24-48 hours to reply. No response still. Sent Two auto assist messages - no reply and live message that say 9 minutes to answer and still no response after 60 minutes……

Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Vegan Skincare

I decided to give Dr. Brandt Skincare a try, even though I wasn’t very familiar with the brand. When my order didn’t arrive as expected, I reached out to their customer service—not really sure what to expect. To my surprise, they responded quickly, kindly, and with total professionalism. They even sent out a replacement order right away. Their outstanding customer service really left a positive impression on me. On top of that, I love that they offer vegan skincare options. Overall, a great first experience with the brand!

Phenomenal Customer Service

I ordered a few items from Dr. Brandt Skincare and one item came open and had damaged the packaging. I wrote in to Customer Service asking what I should do, and less than 24 hours later, they responded, apologized for the inconvenience and instantly shipped me a new item! How amazing is the Customer Service! Five stars all the way!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience which in my opinion is inexcusable, hence the 1 star.. My partner ordered the Black Friday bundle offer for me which included several full sizes like day and night face creams, serums, eye creams etc. The products arrived in very worn and aged packaging - to the extent I’ve never seen before and I have been ordering skincare online for over 10 years. When I opened one of the eye creams, it had a dried up yellow residue around the bottom of the lid indicating that it had been opened before. It also had an unpleasant off smell. Another face cream too had an off smell of an old product. One of the serums boasts therapeutic benefits due to its scent and yet it was completely scentless and oddly clumpy and grainy. Generally on receiving the package I was absolutely shocked at the state of the products sent to me - however as I was unpacking them in front of my partner who gifted them to me I decided to try and use them. Additionally as I do not like waste I have actually tried to use up the products over the last few months however it has every time been an unpleasant experience due to the off smell, one product giving my skin an odd burning sensation and I have to say I feel after a few months of this routine my skin has been dry and I have noticed more wrinkles. The last few weeks I stopped using it and replaced it with other reliable products and my skin has returned to the smoothness from months ago.. Taking all this into consideration I would absolutely not recommend these products to anyone.

If you have black skin and you're of a darker hue,Do not get this product as it dries like a coloured concealer!
The product dries out under your eyes and actually highlights your bags! It's awful! End of!
I'm genuinely annoyed because I paid £25 for a tiny sample tube that took forever to arrive,only for it not to work! Rubbish!

53 and getting chemo

I’ve used the needles no more wrinkle smoothing for a few years because it is the best at tightening and plumping under the eye and lip area. I recently started the “dare to age” serum and moisturizer. Tonight I met my friend for dinner. I see her about twice a month. She told me tonight how amazing my skin looks.. what makes this so impressive is I’m 53yo and battling cancer. I’ve been getting chemo since January 3. It’s the first time she has said that to me since i started treatments. Dr Brandt, I’m your customer for life :) ,

No more baggage for real!

I buy the no more baggage under eye cream for my husband. It's great because men don't have the luxury of hiding things with make up. This cream gives his under eyes a big boost! This is the 3rd time I have reordered for him.

Great products but shipping/delivery can be quite slow

My girlfriend swears by their products and she has nothing but good words for their entire line, so I have no problem spending a bit more and gift them to her. That being said, one has to be patient when ordering from their website, especially because of the courriers handling their shipments. Lately when I look online at the status of my orders, they can be FOR DAYS in one warehouse or another, with nothing happening. To the point I have had to contact the courriers a couple of times and ask what's going on with my order and why is it taking so long.

I cannot say enough good things about this brand, the products and customer service. Not only did I receive such quick responses but they were filled with joy, kindness and compassion.
