Try the Pores No More line, it works wonderfully, I used to have very oily and big pores, but now my skin looks hydrated, and without shines and pores, and the primer makes my makeup last longer and look cleaner.

Recently purchased their Liquid Sun Shield sunscreen and love it. No white cast residue, and absorbs quickly. Easy check out and no hustle.
I placed an order on 19 March and didn't receive a satisfactory response from their customer services about the status of my order. The tracking number they had provided was also incorrect. It eventually turned out that my order had been lost in transit and I'm pleased to know now that Dr Brandt Skincare has fully refuded me. Great news after days of mayhem.

Purchased the no more baggage which didn't do a thing, was told by customer services I couldn't return due to it being open, I've sent numerous emails and all I get bk is sorry but it's open and can't be returned, how else you meant to try a product lol well they can get lost if they think I'm wasting anymore money .....
No More Baggage eye cream - this goes on fine and looks good at first…until you touch it. If you try to apply concealer with a brush, or touch your face later in the day, it easily peels off like rubber. You look like your face is peeling off. For their ‘guarantee’, when I tried to return it, there is no refund. They only offer a store credit. Don’t really want any more products after this bad one. Customer service does not reply to requests for a refund.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased 2 bottles of liquid sunscreen. The product is impossible to get out of the bottle using the dropper applicator. When I did manage to apply the lotion I got sunburnt. I contacted customer services and provided them with answers to a long list of question and was advised they would carry out an investigation. After waiting 5 weeks I contacted them and was asked to answer the same questions yet again. They had not investigated my issues and kept fobbing me off clearly hoping I would go away. I decided to raise it as a claim with PayPal. Eventually they responded and sent me a returns form. I sent the products back well wrapped in layers of bubble wrap all at my own expense. A few days later I received confirmation they had received my return and I should wait for a refund. After almost 2 weeks I contacted them via chat and was told I would not be getting a refund as the items had been damaged when they received them!! Outrageous as it took 2 weeks to notify me that this was the case. I’ve asked for photos and they don’t have any. SCAMMERS!!! Lucky my husband is a solicitor so they have not heard the end of this
I would echo the other poor reviews. It took me weeks of emails to return a product due to a quality issue. I kept receiving holding messages and just when I'd given up, my item was refunded.
I have never experienced such poor customer service - it's such a shame and it's put me off ever buying Dr Brandt again.
I purchased my item was in stock. Got an empty box delivered was told out of stock. Sent an empty box ??????? Bizarre and no explanation for this and no apologies as I accused deliver service
I received bad product (No More Baggage) a tiny tube for $42.00. I immediately requested a return label and was told you had to wait for approval? The product couldn't even be squeezed out of the tube it was so dry. I finally rec. a label and their P.O. Box received the product back on March 9th. Today is March 30th. No response after asking twice for a credit and they NEVER answer their CUSTOMER SERVICE line. DO NOT buy their products this operation is a scam. You will also notice there is no return policy on their web site, I wonder why? Off to dispute this with my credit card company now. I have since noticed looking at other reviews that many others have had the same issue so BUYER BEWARE.
I was hesitant on getting the Vitamin C serum because the price tag but I am so glad I made that leap. My skin has never been softer. I have always had really dry skin and this is seriously a miracle serum, my skin has transformed and feels so hydrated! Worth every penny.
