Saw this on tiktok as a last minute Christmas idea for my wife. Dreamspainter team was very communicative and the painting is amazing, you can’t even tell it’s a painting from without looking at it closely. We received it after Christmas due to weather, and when my wife opened up the packaging, her first words out of her mouth were “oh cool, you got our the kids’ Christmas picture blown up.” I told her “no that’s a painting of it.” When I told her that her mouth dropped and she cried.

Needless to say I’ve been telling people at my work about it and have given them dreamspainter information and I’ll mostly likely do something like this again.

I'm very thankful it was a big surprise my fiance loves it. So emotional and and fill with joy thanks once again.

This painting came out better than I could have ever imagined. My girlfriend fell in love with it immediately. Even her family wants to get their own. The way they fused the pictures together and how perfect it came out. This is seriously the greatest gift I have ever given. Thank you for making this image come to life. Will definitely be reaching out for more.

This made my uncle cry and fall in love with the painting so much. It’s the best gift someone can ever receive. The artist did such a wonderful job bringing every detail to life.

I contracted Dreamspainter to paint a picture for me. The first rendition was not to my liking. They immediately started a new painting with another artist. The 2nd attempt was amazing! Great customer service and they stand by their guarantee. I would highly recommend!

Ordered a painting as a Christmas present. Painting was finished 12/15/2021. I was told it will ship right away. We are now 01/06/2022 and have yet to receive my painting. After hounding customer service I finally received a tracking number. Tracking number shows label created on 12/16 for the painting and it was never shipped. After multiple attempts to contact customer service painting has still not shipped and no action has been taken to correct the situation. Would highly recommend finding another company to do a painting. Update it is now 1/14/2022 still have not received my painting nor has it been shipped my messages are now being ignored by customer service. Doesn’t look like I will receive my painting

Ordered my Wife's birthday present in late November. Her birthday was December 3rd 2021. Now its January 5, 2022. The painting was finished on 12/13/2021. I still don't have my painting and the tracking number shows it has not shipped. I don't care about getting money back I just want the painting that ended up costing me over $500.

My order turned out great and it was time efficient! The details were there and it made the receiver of the portrait cry. I loved it !

Sorry about not writing you when I received the painting. Been hectic at work with storms. I had the best present for Christmas. Multiple people cried, and loved the painting. Mission accomplished. Thanks for your professionalism and skillful workmanship. My wife and I are completely satisfied.

Sent in 3 photos of same person and the first draft was of another individual in 1 of 3 photos. Wait8ed for 2nd draft which was correct n approved it. Painting was completed in timely manner, was told it would be prepared for shipping...3 days later told it has to be sealed. Finally 5 days later was given a shipping label. 3 days after label created I reached out n was told it was going out that day. Received well after expected delivery date. Loved painting. Communication was poor. Final emailed was offered a refund on part of price, still haven't received it.

This group put together a beautiful painting. And they communicated with me every step of the way to ensure that it was going to look how I wanted it to.

It takes time to get it all right, especially when you have 5 people in the painting and are using multiple pictures to put it all together. But the end result is amazing! My Father-in-law has been gone for 11 years. My kids and I never knew him, but we were able to create a portrait of Grandma and Grandpa with our kids. I received lots of comments on how every detail was captured perfectly: their eyes, their smiles, and they were full of life. There wasn't a dry eye in the house when the painting was unwrapped.

The only this is it takes a while with communication as all communication tasked place during the night if you are in the States. So instead of being able to make adjustments or answer questions a few time during the day you would only be able to answer the one email unless you were up the in the middle of the night and happen to see and want to respond to the email at 2am.

Gave it as a gift to my mom and her siblings that was in the photo has died. She absolutely loved it! Artist was great!!

This is by far the best gift to give someone and it’s worth the wait. I ordered a painting back in November knowing it would take time because you have someone taking their time to make something so beautiful for whomever you’re wanting to give it too. The communication from Sophia was great, she kept me up to date on everything. When I received the portrait, I was so happy because it looks identical to the photo I sent them but they made it lighter (pictures from a couple years ago have that dark/low quality). This is an above and beyond type of customer service. Thank

I ordered a Christmas picture for my wife over a month ago and still waiting for it. Christmas is in 2 days and I can't get them to respond to me and tell me where it is. Very poor customer service
