I don’t usually write reviews but Dreamy sneakers did very well with dealing with shipping delays during the busy period between Christmas and new years. I was dealing with someone named David Mathias who was very friendly and was giving me constant updates on my order as I waited. He had even stated they paid special delivery for me to compensate for the delay. When the product had arrived it was in perfect condition and exactly what I asked for and when I let them know this they even gave me a discount for my next purchase! One of the best customer service I’ve seen especially as someone who works in customer service myself. Knew exactly how to deal with situations and maintained a friendly but professional relationship. I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to others.

Finally got my lovely pair of Jordan sneakers after trying to find them for a reasonable price everywhere. They are just lovely and authentic. Their support team was also great and super friendly when they reached out about some shipping issue which was resolved super quick!
