Arranged life and income protection insurance through Drewberry and have to say they were superb from start to finish. Ben Brooks was my case manager and I cannot speak highly enough of how professional, friendly and diligent he was. He listened to my concerns and worked very hard to secure me a great deal with strong terms. Because of a previous, but now cured, health issue, it meant the process took a little longer, but Ben was patient, knowledgable and always looked after my best interests. Special mention to Johanna, George and Matthew as well who were also very helpful during the process. Great professional company and would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you.

Danny and his team have been incredibly professional and helpful through a challenging application. The process has been made really simple and I feel well informed about my options and the policy Iv selected.

My husband is self employed so needed some income protection insurance. I phoned Dewberry and found them very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very patient and took the time to explain everything in detail whilst making sure we got the cover we needed. They went through various options so we could choose a policy to fit with our finances. They sent me all the details we spoke about by email so I had time to review and change anything. When they said they would phone me they did so at the time stated. Even when a meeting overran at their end and they couldn't ring they messaged to let me know they would be a little late and apologised. I never felt pushed and in fact changed my mind a few times with no problem and we never felt we had to make a rushed decision. Very impressed with everything about this company and now we're relieved we have cover if my husband cannot work due to illness or accident.

Went through this organisation to get some critical illness insurance. Spent a lot of time and effort. Took a long time for them to get back to me - have now spoken to them and they have explained why they had to wait. I contacted Drewberry to get a quote for medical insurance. I didn’t get the callback I was promised and although I received emails from them with pointless content, they did not respond to emails I sent. When I tried phoning, the line just rang and rang. Never got to speak to anybody and have gone elsewhere.
