Danny at Drewberry was very helpful and providing me with the information I needed to consider taking a policy with British Friendly for Income Protection.

Brilliant communication from the start. Danny and George were very professional throughout the process. I didn’t once feel pressurised and I felt they were there to address my needs rather than the other way around.
I’d been paying too much for my income protection for too long and felt that a change would be too much of a hassle. However I’m glad I got in contact with Drewberry and would recommend.

Our second year with Drewberry and Alex. Simply a 5-star experience.

Danny has fantastic relationships with the providers and is able to get you cover for things denied elsewhere.

I was previously denied cover for any mental health related issue from other providers, due to taking 4 days bereavement leave from work when my dad passed (work required an unfit for work note from the GP). I did not search for this cover alone either, it was a professional protection agent from a reputable company, who told me that is the best they can do.

However, after finding Danny, it was clear that they had not really tried to get me the best deal there is out there!

Danny went back and forth with me and reviewed all of the best options and was able to negotiate mental health issues also being covered for me as long as I had no instances within 2 years.

After paying all this money, I would want to at least be covered for everything, because you just never know!

Thanks to Danny, I now feel so much at ease knowing that I am covered for everything, and it is such a peaceful feeling, which would not have been possible if I did not branch out to look elsewhere too.

I also want to note that I am quite terrible at responses, due to being incredibly busy at work nonstop (this review I should have also left months ago!!), but Danny was so so patient with me and understanding.

He is great and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for income protection.

Excellent service from Ben & Joolz. I highly recommend them both!

Both Sam Womersley and George Simpson were professional, to the point and handled my relevant life policy application very well from start to finish. Called them on day 1 and had everything set up by end of day 2.

A small suggestion to Drewberry would be to highlight the additional wellbeing benefits that some of these policies offer - as customers may not be aware. I found it in the fine print and was pleased these were part of the offer at no extra charge.

Sam was awesome setting up the policy always patient and very informative and keeping updated as the policy needed some extra checks by insurers. But Drewberry insurance and Sam are highly recommended
