Delivery Nightmare

This delivery service is wholly unreliable. Giving one star because I cannot go lower. Phone calls and emails are unanswered, and voice messages not returned. They either lost or stole my package. The seller was also useless in resolving the issue. Never trust this company.

I still haven't received my order

I still haven't received my order. All possible and impossible deadlines have already been reached. I'm very upset and angry. I tried to contact the local HILIFY carrier who has my order. On May 21, he left New York for delivery to Philadelphia. It's an hour away. So far, I haven't received anything. The links on his website don't work. No one answers my calls, messages, and emails. I contacted the seller. They respond very well very quickly. They promise to send it to me again. But I'm afraid that my order will fall into the hands of the same unscrupulous carrier again.

Complete scam

Complete scam! We had 4 deliveries over the last month with proof of delivery, which was a picture of the package only, and with the wrong addresses. All 4 customers complained and said that they never received their orders. Also, no communication whatsoever. Beware! Zero stars

Terrible service

Had 3 seperate deliveries the were…

Had 3 seperate deliveries that were supposed to come from them, 2 said delivery attempted and one said undeliverable. No one answers the phone, no reply to emails and tracking info on all 3 said to contact the seller. I was refunded from temu and requested to not have hailify deliver again. They have to be a shill company just from all the reviews and what happened to me.

Package not delivered - zero support

My package had the wrong address on it, and was delivered to a close by other building. I received no support at all from Hailify except telling me to reach out to merchant.

Package was not delivered and was hung up on.

My package said it was delivered but my security cameras showed it never came and they didn't even deliver it to any neighbors. So I looked everywhere for my package before calling. Nothing no where. So I called and talked to a customer service representative from Hailify directly and was lied to as I was told they would send a link to my phone so I can get a refund from the merchant. I never received the link either as told by the representative. When I asked where my package was and why it was marked delivered when it was not and that i can prove it with security camera footage I was given and attitude and hung up on. Six hours later and no link was sent just like the package never delivered either. This company is a joke I reached out to my merchant showed them the camera footage and they refunded me. I asked the merchants never to all9w my packages to be sent through this company again. Nothing like being lied to and disrespected twice by the same company in one day. If I could I would give zero stars.

If I can give this company no stars I would recorded them telling me that the driver left my package outside my project building and then they told me they was gonna send me the proof and never did I don’t have not one picture of the delivery’s they stoled my packages and lied about it. Then called them numerous times with hang ups and attitudes. I will be going down to their office in Manhattan and Brooklyn to voice my displeasure in their services and a refund of my loss not even playing

If this message reaches you which the likelihood is slim to none, I like for one of your idiot representatives or you to kindly have the decency of actually serving quality service to customers. One of your delivery guy from Hailify stoled my package. Its on surveillance and I have filed a police report and intend to press charges and sue your company. Temu refuses to refund my money and I intend to take this all the way/. I am not an idiot! So, please take the time off from your stupid marketing analysis of bullshit and hiring dummies to play customer service representatives paying them probably 2 dollars and hour because your shitty company is mostly like outsource. Pay attention to what customers are saying and start hiring people of merit and value, not low lives probably ex convicts just to save a buck. My name is Amelia Colon and I am having problems getting my refund for an item your delivery guy stoled from me,. What the heck is this? I intend to take this all the way. I am pressing charges as well as suing your company. I spent almost 70 dollars on items that were for my vacation and took the day off to wait for my package. Lost wages. You guys suck! How do you live with yourselves? Losers!

MY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN SITTING IN CUSTOMS FOR 8 DAYS WAITING FOR HAILIFY TO PICKUP MY PACKAGES AND DELIVER THEM TO ME, IVE REACHED OUT TO TEMU AND WAS TOLD THAT HAILIFY HAS TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES FROM CUSTOMS AND DELIVER AND HAILIFY SAYS THEY DO NOT PICK UP PACKAGES, IVE BEEN GIVEN THE AROUND FOR 6 DAYS AND HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE, THIS DELIVERY COMPANY SUCKS AND I TRULY FEEL LIKE HAILIFY STOLE MY PACKAGES

Worst ever

Worst ever. I bought items from temu which was supposed to deliver by hailify today. I got a delivery notification email from temu and went outside right away to check for my package. But it was not there, There is no way someone else would take it since i checked as soon as i got the delivery notification. I have been calling them for past three hours, No one responded. Also sent an email thrice, No response for that either,

Worst customer service Ive ever…

Worst customer service Ive ever received. Two reps hung up on me and just sent me another email to reach out to which didnt ever respond to me. I had a package that was ‘undeliverable’ even though i was home at both of their ‘attempts’ but didnt get any notification/buzzed/call. Then they returned it to sender.

BIG SCAM and thief...

BIG SCAM and thief.... I was supposed to have a package from TEMU and driver sent a fake picture my package from another building as prove of delivery and after investigated, he did not even delivered after taking picture he took the package back.... and the customer service never replied or respond to the phone number provided i called many times no answer PLEASE BEWARE they are thief

If I could give half star I would. Horrible delivery. I live in the second floor in a building with an elevator and yet they still leave my package on the first floor to be stolen….. and that’s if they really left it. They took a picture of the outside of my building……and now trying to get in contact with anyone is horrible

sketchy delivery people steal products

Customer support is impossible to contact. My delivery person LIED about delivering a package. He took a photo holding the package, he did not drop it off.

When I attempted to buzz him into my building (at 10:20 PM) HE RAN AWAY.

The biggest Carrier Scam

Do not trust or use this business. None of their support emails work. The CEO's email also is a bounceback. I also had my package delivered outside of the building and yet there is no way to contact or reach them. I reported their company to the vendor immediately. That is the only thing you can do. If your vendor uses carriers once they accept your order personally request that they deny the usage of service from this company. If they use them and this happens, the company is liable and will have to resend or refund your order. FYI

They left my package downstairs intead…

They left my package downstairs in stead of bringing it up to my building which I clearly specified, now it’s stolen. I try to call them but they have “no one is available” why has nothing been done to change, I’ve seen many other reviews similar to mine. I can’t even get a refund which is actually crazy.

This company does NOT deserve a star at all, if you do not want your packages... use this company. It is the same complaint over and over again. Who would be so stupid as to leave a large package tape to the outside gate of a business? I believe they do that and take a picture but really steal the items to make it look like it was delivered. These lowlifes that are working for this company is paid so little that they have to resort to robbing customers in order to get some new clothes is foul. Please listen.. do not, I repeat do not use this company.
