This is NYC. Everyone lives in large apartment buildings. So why would your idiot driver leave the package OUTSIDE of a building that is not a house?
I even sent a message to the company to have the driver call me so I can open the downstairs door and collect the package.
They are located at 1970 Pitkin Ave. That's right off the L train at Sutter Ave and not far from where I work and they refused to let me pick up from the warehouse. There's not even an option to.
I will actually swear off ordering from Alibaba and other Chinese carriers if they continue to use these last mile carriers. Absolutely terrible experience.

I wish I could rate this awful company a ZERO! This company is really bad! I would recommend any shipper to just have the extra expense and pay a reputable known reliable shipping company. On more than one occasion the delivery person left my package in front of my door in my unsecured apartment building where ppl steal. I ended up complaining to the company about their delivery person and was assured that it wont happen again. So to try to avoid this happening again altogether my other alternative was for me to send to my job - well that didn't work either!!!!!! The delivery guy didn't take it to the designated area on the package, instead his lazy irresponsible behind left it in the freight area and it was stolen. What i can say after complaining about this to the company about the same issue yet again, they at least terminated the delivery guy and rightfully so! But to add insult to injury the company where I ordered from I feel like is giving me the run around about either replacing or refunding my money. I've been trying to prove this since 10/30/2024 almost a month. This is really horrifying and ridiculous and how companies loose good customers. And I had already told the company about this courier service being no good from the 1st time this happens to me. Ive been trying to be so patient but Im beyond disgusted at this point! DO NOT USE HAILIFY! Oh and did I mention how Hailify once they receive your package they replace your original Tracking # with their own and there's no way to trace your own package once they receive it. I had to go through all kinds of hoops with this person's manager at Hailify just to get a tracking number just so I can see the bs proof of delivery. But the Hailify manager ended up being very helpful in the end.

BEWARE - You wont receive your package!
The company I ordered a product from used their shipping service for the "last mile". Their support has been very poor and their tracking unreliable. It has been "out for delivery" for several days but I have yet to see it delivered to me. When I spoke to support, they only offered that I request a refund from the sender and completely glazed over the fact that they had possession of my product. If you ask me, it sounds more like they are stealing packages from people instead of delivering them, and screwing over the merchant and consumer. I highly recommend to NOT use their services as a merchant and as a consumer, beware of merchants using this last mile shipper because you will most likely not receive your item. I also later found out that there were similar reviews and experiences by consumers and merchants documented on various other websites like Reddit, Facebook, Glassdoor, etc.
