We are so pleased with Drone Assisted and could not recommend them enough. It was really distressing when we lost our dog, Halo. The website and the whole process was straightforward and stress free. The team responded very quickly with faultless communication from the outset. They were professional and compassionate and went the extra mile to ensure our dog was found. We could not be happier, thank you to Drone Assisted.

I honestly cannot recommend Drone Assisted enough. When my cat went missing, I was incredibly worried and stressed, and everyone I dealt with was so kind, compassionate and understanding throughout the whole process.

The website was really easy to use, and even before paying, the team were incredibly speedy at responding. I had a small issue, emailed them, and it was resolved immediately!

Once submitting my request, everything was arranged incredibly quickly. The communication was amazing, with multiple phone calls to explain what would happen next and super speedy replies to any messages. A special mention to Kevin, who I was chatting to throughout the process. He was absolutely wonderful, so helpful, reassuring and genuinely caring. They even went the extra mile to obtain a permit so the drone could fly in my area!

Really grateful for the help and support we received while searching for our missing cat, Jack. We booked the drone service to help find him and the team were responsive, compassionate and professional throughout a really stressful time, and were also very helpful with our follow-up questions. Although we sadly didn’t find him via this search, we managed to locate him a few days after and the drone images / videos that we received following on from the service that was undertaken definitely contributed to this!
