Great customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong case and realized it when the confirmation email told me do double check my order. With a quick email they changed my order before it shipped.

When I saw the confirmation, I realized I ordered a case for the 17 Pro. I reached out to Customer Service and they replied right away. Really good when a company helps their customers.

I saw a review online for Dropguy phone cases. I liked the clear case but thought it might be brittle like acrylic. It’s not brittle and is not only a bit flexible but a very tight fit on my phone. I thought it would be slippery but it has grip. I like how it feels and love how it looks! I was skeptical at first but glad I took a chance and bought it!

My second dropguys I-Phone case. The first was purchased 3 years ago for my IPhone 13 and it was dropped quite a few times. It held up great with no breakage. Didn’t hesitate to to go with dropguys for my new iPhone 16. Great product.

I recently ordered an iPhone 17 case and screen protector from Dropguys, but when my new iPhone 17 Pro arrived, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I reached out to Dropguys to explain the situation, fully expecting to pay for a replacement. To my surprise, they immediately reordered the correct size case and screen protector for me at no additional cost.

Great case! Very well made my iPhone pro max has already survived its first counter height drop. I especially like the way they resolved the problem of accidentally turning the camera on by recessing the camera button.
