A great experience
I received my order in two day. Less than a day after installing the case and lens protector on my iPhone 17 Pro Max I noticed the camera lens protector was cracked. I messaged them and heard back almost immediately. Even though the broken item wasn’t warranted they replaced it. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Drop Guys again, a company that can be trusted. AAAAAA+

Screen Protector and Case from Dropguys
I ordered a phone case and screen protector for my new iPhone 17 pro from Dropguys and I'm very happy. The screen protector goes to the very edge of my phone screen so it looks like it's not even there. The case is great---slim and clear so I can see my fun, new orange colored phone. I haven't had any big drops yet but based on other reviews I'm certain it will hold up well. It's a relief to have my new phone protected!

Outstanding customer service and top notch case
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong case. The team responded quickly to say they would help me change it out at no cost. It was unexpectedly easy! I have had a Dropguys case for my iPhone 13 Pro for 2 years now and it has saved my phone many times when I drop it on the pavement while running (sweaty hands). I like that it's not too bulky, easy to snap on but performs perfectly. I have now upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro which is why I ordered a new one. Keep up the great work Dropguys!

Excellent Protection and Sleek Design
I’ve been using the Drop case on my iPhone 17 Pro Max for a little while now, and I’m seriously impressed. The fit is perfect — snug without being bulky — and the grip feels really secure in hand. I’ve already had a couple of accidental drops, and the case absorbed the impact like a champ. The raised edges give solid screen and camera protection, and it doesn’t interfere with MagSafe or wireless charging at all. Plus, the minimalist design looks great on the phone.
If you want a case that gives real protection without making your phone feel like a brick, this is a fantastic choice.

Great customer service
My first order didn’t arrive. It was sent USPS and the tracking information just kept saying it was in transit. David at DropGuys followed up regularly and determined the original order was either lost or extremely delayed. He sent me a new order out FedEx. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my case. The case is great by the way but the customer service is top notch!

I purchased the Dropguys Ultimate for my new iPhone 17 pro. The case is exactly what I expected; great looking, functional, high quality, above all it’s protective. I’ve found most name brand aramid cases to be good……the Dropguys Ultimate is better. Also, the customer service is responsive and quick, to say the least. Great experience. Great case. Case looks good/feels good BUT…
Case looks good/feels good.
The camera lens protector broke on its own after about a week. They sent me a new one free.
Dropped my phone today on concrete from hip high, and it broke both the lens and screen protector.
And my mag safe charger has scratched the back of the clear case really badly in the few weeks I’ve been using it.
On top of all that they offered my 10$ for a 5 star review and 20$ for one with a video on here. Trustpilot.
Why would they do that if their product was any good???
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR THE $!!!

Excellent, prompt customer service in dealing with a refund/return situation. Initially I was requesting an exchange but then, due to timing of delivery, I requested a refund instead. No issues handing this for me.
