I very much like your products
I very much like your products. Good quality products that always arrive on time. But when a company owner/partner actual contacted me via email. I was impressed with "the old school approach". It never happened before (in tech). It showed me he actual cares about a individual customers experience.

Solution in a flash
I emailed my problem well after hrs but they responded in no time. My case was damaged and they had me send a photo of it then within no time an invoice for shipment. I am beyond pleased.

Outstanding Service
After a few weeks, my iPhone screen protector cracked when I dropped the phone. Although the protector is not guaranteed, Dropguys sent a replacement immediately. They were responsive, courteous, and generous. I could not be happier with my experience.

Best phone case I’ve ever owned

Jan. 5 Update: when I received the screen cover, I was very pleased about how easy it was to apply using the tray that was included. Also, because I’m a “senior”, I’ve found I have trouble occasionally hanging on to some smooth objects (like my phone). The clear cover I ordered is amazingly “grippy” as advertised! Easy to hang onto. Buttons on the cover still work easily as well. Good job, guys. Best phone cover I’ve ever had.

Firstly, the quality of the product. Secondly, the speed of delivery. Maybe most importantly, the customer service. I inadvertently ordered the Pro Max screen protector when I have a Pro. Immediately, they said no problem, and we will send out a new one. Amazing!

If I could give them a zero
If I could give them a zero, I would! My husband never drops his phone, and the case didn't even last a year without coming apart. They didn't want to honor their life time warranty by making you pay shipping. That was the whole point of buying the product. I would have understood paying the shipping if I had the product more than a year but it didn't last a year.

My phone case is great. Unfortunately the screensaver was not in the package. Apparently it was out of stock. Contacted customer service and a comparable screen savor was shipped the same day.
