This company has excellent customer service. I ordered three items for my phone, one of which I accidentally ordered for the wrong model. Not only did they not charge me for sending out the correct item, but they told me to keep the wrong item and give it to someone else. The products themselves were very good as well.

Love how you can correct your order…
Love how you can correct your order before it ships. I accidentally ordered the wrong camera cover, but was able to correct it before it ever got mailed out which is fabulous. Also love, the fact that that if their camera keys brakes, they will replace it for free.

When looking for a new phone case I spent days pouring over reviews, and I thought drop guys had the best reviews of all. At first, I was a little leery of ordering a phone case for my new Apple 16 Pro Max because I have never heard of drop guys. They may be somewhat of a new company, but they are awesome! Their products are wonderful, and the customer service is second to none! I have reached out to them several different times and they have been so awesome to reach back out to me usually within a couple of hours Via email. They stand behind their products, and so far I have been very pleased🤗

Worst customer service I’ve…
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered my case on Saturday night and paid for 1 business day shipping so I would get the case by Tuesday, because I was leaving my home for a month on Wednesday. Monday UPS said they didn’t have my package so I reached out to Drop Guys and eventually got a response that they would look into my order. Nothing after that. This morning (Tuesday) UPS said my case would be delivered next Monday. Problem is I won’t be at the original delivery address for a month. So I reached out to DG twice more telling them this and asking that they change the delivery address and refund my overnight delivery charge. Have not heard a word. Of course there is no customer service number you can call to actually talk to someone. After looking at reviews, this appears to be a common problem. Stay away!!!
