Update: They redeemed their reputation with me. I have been doing business with them for years, and will continue going forward.
Dropps heard me and replied -not with a bot - or AI , but with a real person.

I have been trying to reach someone / anyone for two days and not a peep - I have had two subscriptions with this company for YEARS and I have never had anything but gushing positivity towards them. Something has changed and not in a good way.

Yes, did have the audacity to leave them message on Sunday (you see, ordering cleaning products is something I do when I am not doing my full time job ) However, I did not get a reply from Dropps on Monday or Tuesday, either. I did finally hear from someone on Wednesday, so that is something. It is a different company and not in a good way.

They are the absolute worst. You cannot talk to them on the phone. They refuse to refund an order that shows it was returned by On Trac. It is a joke. No one calls back. No phone number. Only email. Don't do it. Too frustrating.

The product is fine. I've used it for years. The website and the subscription service absolutely suck.

Try to change the date on your upcoming shipment? Good luck. It just changes it to an instant purchase and sends it out immediately.

And the stupid Shopify program saves your credit card info, despite half a dozen requests to delete.

It's a shame, really. I like the product, but the ordering absolutely sucks.

This is my favorite dishwasher detergent. Other natural options I tried before this didn’t do a good job of getting dishes clean. (Examples: seventh generation, Whole Foods brand, etc). The residue left on dishes from toxic chemicals in other pods is not something I want in my food, but neither do I want to have to rewash a bunch of stuff. Been happy with these. I stock up when on sale because I think the price point could be lower for a lot of people to switch to this brand

I have had good success with this company. The price is a little more than you pay for liquid detergent, but cheaper than pods from the store. AND, the packaging is all cardboard and recyclable. No plastic! The pods are so convenient and easy to use. I use laundry and dishwasher pods. One time, the delivery got wet and some pods were ruined, so they credited me that box without charge.

I really like using Dropps. I feel much better about the use of cardboard packaging than plastic waste. I have found all their products that I have used to be helpful - dishwasher tabs, detergent tabs, fabric softener, dryer balls etc. The only knock is that in cold water washing some of the cellulose pack doesn't disolve all the way, so you must use a little baggie they sell separately so it doesn't stay on your clothes. I think those should be cheaper.
