Really great service - I bought the clarity kit and it came with two night serums instead of the AM brightening serum. They responded to my email straight away and were super quick to get it sorted and were so apologetic. Can't wait for the replacement to arrive and start my new skincare journey 🙌🏼

I love Dr Sam’s products and have been using them for years. I would especially recommend the flawless cleanser and flawless moisturiser light, both staple products in my cleansing routine.
Their customer service is also excellent. Any issues that you should encounter, which is very rare, will be dealt with extremely promptly and efficiently.

I particularly love the flawless cleansing gel, brightly pro and vitamin C serum. Brilliant no nonsense products which contain gentle actives that my skin loves. I tried an alternative vitamin C a couple of years ago which broke out my skin so didn’t believe I could use it, Dr Sam changed that. 5* products.

Have been using the whole radiance regime for for 6months now, and I am delighted with the results. I also purchased the 2wk set for my niece and she is also delighted , we have both just purchased another full set. We went with the nightly pro this time , excited to see even better results! I have used dr sams products for years and they are absolutely amazing! I recently had an issue with faulty packing of one of my products, I contacted customer service who responded promptly and arranged for replacement to be sent to me straight away. Couldn’t fault the customer service team
