Decided to re order after sometime away from the brand. Super quick delivery and efficient service.

Only recently found out about Dr Sam’s skincare line after searching for a new moisturiser to repair my skin barrier. Not only are the products amazing but the customer service has been brilliant! I had a query and I got a response from customer service within 15 minutes. Deliveries have been well communicated and fast also. Would highly recommend!

I am a returning customer to this brand and love the products. However my order this time was incorrect and I didn’t receive anything I ordered. Their customer service is close to impeccable. They answer so quickly and address whatever it is you need assistance with attention. I have been repurchasing their cleanser again and again for 2 years. It is unfortunate that some products cannot be shipped to Ireland though. Another thing to note is that I do find it unfortunate that their subscription program does not cover delivery fees below a certain amount and so the discount you get with that program can be disappointing when you only purchase one product.

it was super easy to order from the subscription, all I had to do was click place order and everything was confirmed and taken care of. i absolutely love the moisturizer, ive struggled with acne for almost three years now due to pore clogging ingredients and dry skin. this is the only moisturizer that is thick enough to hydrate my skin, but does not clog it.

Wasn't able to make an order from Qatar to try your great products, I almost felt like I found what I was looking for and was meant to help me achieve a flawless skin. I revieved an email almost instantly explaining the situation and they were super friendly and professional, extremely caring and attentive.
