I met Dr Semih Yildiz this November and had a full consultation for a facelift, necklift and upper/lower bleph.
I had researched for months but you still worry as this is such an important decision!
I was immediately put at ease, he asked lots of questions and I felt that he really listened.
The surgery went ahead with no problems whatsoever. I spent two days at the clinic with 24/7 care and then went to my lovely hotel for the rest of the week.
The recovery was incredibly fast and no where near as painful as I thought it was going to be. I even went to dinner on day 6.

Durch eine Freundin bin ich auf die Klinik gestossen. Ich habe mir vorab auf der Homepage die verschiedenen Ärzte und ihre Arbeiten angeschaut. Da mir die Arbeiten & auch der Instagramauftritt von Dr. Semih Yıldız am meisten zugesagt haben, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen mich von ihm operieren zu lassen.

Nach den Geburten meiner 3 Kinder hatte ich eine Rektusdiastase sowie überdehnte Haut an meinem Bauch. Dies wollte ich mit einer Bauchdeckenstraffung richten lassen.

Ich hatte nun Anfangs Dezember meine „Tummy Tuck“-Op (Bauchdeckenstraffung, Vernähung der Bauchmuskeln & Liposuktion). Diese ist nun bald 2 Wochen her und ich bin jetzt schon mega happy mit dem Ergebnis, trotz noch vorhandener Schwellung. Wenn alles abgeheilt ist, wird das Resultat mit Sicherheit unglaublich gut aussehen.

Es war meine allererste OP überhaupt und ich wurde rundum wirklich top betreut. Alle meine offenen Fragen wurden von Dr. Semih Yıldız fachgerecht beantwortet & meine Ängste beschwichtigt. Auch nach der OP ist Dr. Yıldız für seine Patienten da und beantwortet Fragen wenn welche auftauchen.

Im grossen und ganzen eine absolute Empfehlung. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

I Have had my surgery with Dr. Semih few weeks ago, breast implant exchange, waist, belly, back and double chin lipo. Dr. Semih very professional has informed me about possible issue as I didn’t wanted to much scars so I decided not to go with breast lift and tt, just underwent exchange off implants and lipo, my case was bit complicated with breast but Dr. Semih has sorted it out. I know it is just being of my healing but so far all healing well and I am happy with my results.

What can I say but that I am immensely happy in my newly sculpted body, thanks to having found one of the best plastic surgeons at Vanity Clinic, Dr. Semih Yildiz.

Dr. Semih has now operated on my whole family for different procedures that have all turned out wonderfully with no complications post surgery.

A little about me— I am 32, from Canada, and now two weeks post-op from my first cosmetic operation, liposuction 360. I am an extremely low risk type of woman. My initial consult with Dr. Semih was for lipo and breast lift but due to my own general fears surrounding surgery, I made the decision to stick to one procedure. Dr. Semih honoured my wish without making any additional commentary or pushing for me to stick to initial plans. He was incredibly professional.

I have nothing but admiration and respect for Dr. Semih’s quality of work and his sense of calm and deep focus when he is speaking to patients. He truly listens to what the patient wants. He also has a keen eye on what will look good and work for a patient. As a young woman who experienced rapid weight gain and loss in her teenage years (that led to abdominal stretch marks), Dr. Semih was open and honest that abdominal liposuction for me may lead to loose skin and that if I wanted a tighter abdomen, I may need a tummy tuck in the future.

My experience with Dr. Semih has eased all my previous general anxiety around cosmetic surgery. In fact, it has led to a 180-degree shift in mentality, and I am now comfortable, thanks to Dr. Semih, with the overall surgery process. I will 100% be going back to Dr. Semih in the near future for a combined procedure of tummy tuck and breast lift.

I took a leap of faith and decided to leave my comfort zone and travel to Türkiye by myself to get cosmetic procedures done. My friends were like, we know you’re crazy but we’re just finding out you’re stupid too! Well, the joke was on them after seeing my results! Don’t worry, I still love them and they still love me!
I talked to multiple hospitals and decided to go with Vanity Estetik in Antalya. And I’m so happy I did because I met Dr. Semih Yildiz! I sent my photos online and he recommended the following procedures:
Upper and lower blepharoplasty with fox eyes
Mid fat face injection
Temporal and brow lift
Fractional laser
Botox
It did sound a lot as I was only wanting to get upper and lower blepharoplasty done BUT I’m so happy I went with his recommendations! After all, they know what’s best right?
From the day I met with Dr. Yildiz (day of surgery), I’ve felt extremely comfortable. He asked me what my end goals were and he told me what he’s going to do. He even told me what to expect during recovery which made everything stress free!
After we discussed everything, he marked my face and next thing I know, I was going into surgery! After a few hours, I woke up in the hospital, pain free. I looked like I got beat up by Mike Tyson but he already told me that during consultation so it was everything I expected from it.
My recovery at the hotel (after staying at the hospital overnight) was super easy. Besides the fact that I scared a couple kids with how I looked (bandaged up and everything), it all went very well.
5 days post op is when I saw Dr. Yildiz for follow up and he told me that I was healing very nicely. He did a couple touch up sutures to make sure everything will stay in place.
I was and still am, so extremely grateful to have met him! As a matter of fact, a couple of my friends (who told me I was “stupid”) are already thinking of getting their makeovers done by Dr. Yildiz!
As I write this review, it has been only 1 month and 3 days post op and I am loving my face more and more! He sure did take away at least 15-20 years off!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Semih Yildiz. I saw him 3 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a facial fat transfer. Ich möchte mich noch einmal von ganzem Herzen bei Ihnen bedanken. Nun ist meine Brustvergrösserung 2 Wochen her. Es verlief alles sehr organisiert. Von dem Transfer, Hotel und der Operation es war alles sehr gut organisiert. Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich die Pflaster abgenommen und das Ergebnis ist bisher einfach WOW!!! Nach so vielen Jahren kann ich endlich in den Spiegel schauen und mich dabei wohl fühlen!! Danke Danke Danke Danke!! Es wurde so gut gearbeitet, dass die Schnittstellen mittlerweile kaum noch sichtbar sind. Ich bin absoulut zufrieden und kann jedem nur weiter empfehlen zu Dr. Semih zu gehen. After lots of researching, I found that everyone that has come to Vanity for cosmetic surgery was extremely happy with their experience, and after my journey, I also learnt that the same thing.

Upon arriving into Istanbul, everything was super professional, all my transfers were organized, the hotel where I stayed was lovely; then arriving at Vanity hospital I was very impressed- the hospital was clean, modern, sanitary & had everything I could of asked for.
