Semih Yıldız is so gifted – don’t be put off by his youthful look this surgeon is a genius! If you want a natural & very careful facial transformation then grab him quick before he disappears off to do Hollywood wife's faces! I had a necklift, facelift, temporal lift, lip lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with him on 02.08.23.
At 4wks I was slightly swollen but doing meetings & after 8wks Id say I was 70% healed. Im 3.5 months healed and scars are disappearing (just red not raised, so you can cover easily with makeup) and swelling is 97% gone – it may be 100% for all I know! :o) Not even my mother figured it out and when she asked if I'd done anything (as I was looking so young) I said Botox. :o) So I think that tells you how hard it is to tell you’ve had anything surgical done! The only problem is you will get ID’d a lot. I have been 3 times in the last 2.5 months. Semih Yıldız is kind & gentle, but also works to the most natural-looking results.
Trust the process and feel secure he will maximise the assets you have even when youre post-op and feel scared and swollen. Trust me I know – it will heal and you will be fresh-faced! Which is exactly what I wanted.

Dr Semih Yildiz was a very professional surgeon. At first he was giving detailed and realistic information about to my surgeries rhinoplasty and liposuction.

Breast lift with implants
This is my second time having surgery with Vanity and I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I feel so comfortable with them and have complete trust in their work. I recently had breast lift with implants, my doctor was Dr. Semih Yilmaz. Dr. Semih was calm, kind and thorough in his consultation, explaining everything in detail and making sure I understood and left with no questions unanswered. He was very knowledgeable and although I had a size in mind, I gave him my complete trust to go ahead and pick the size/technique in which he thought was most suitable for me during the procedure. He decided to go slightly smaller and explained the reasoning why, overall I trust his judgement and am very happy with the result. Check up was 1 week later, again he was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Ensuring check ups will be done by the consultants even when I return home, also explaining other options in which ways we could improve the overall outcome once the breasts have healed. The whole process was great, I’d like to thank the lovely Emel who was my consultant, checking in with me every week for months before the procedure, she is very communicative and talks to you like a friend - not just a patient. Also, Berfin who was my consultant on the day of the procedure and communicating with me through the aftercare. Both consultants speak good english and are very responsive. The nurses were also lovely, especially Hazal who was so kind and caring. I highly recommend Vanity, I have had multiple procedures done and I would not go anywhere else. Ich hatte am 18.09.2023 eine Operation zur Brustvergrößerung bei Dr Semih
Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Op und auch bis jetzt habe ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt bei Vanity.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen und auch Dr Semih sind bemüht all meine Fragen zu beantworten.
Am Tag der Op wurde ich herzlichst empfangen und alles wurde gut erklärt. Nach der Op haben sich die medizinischen Angestellten gut um mich gekümmert. Sehr liebevoll, auch wenn ich mitten in der Nacht nach Schmerzmittel verlangte.
Dr Semih hat all meine wünsche optimal umgesetzt und ich bin froh ihn gewählt zu haben. Bei der ersten Nachuntersuchung wurde ich über all das worauf ich achten muss erneut aufgeklärt. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Ich kann Vanity und auch Dr Semih wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Before the operation, he explained the process to me in detail and was able to answer all my questions.
He is a very honest doctor and doesn't talk around it. The operation went really well, I felt better than expected afterwards. Even after the operation, I had several check-up appointments with him and felt very comfortable. Even today after 6 months, he is always available and answers every question I have. I did breast augmentation in this clinic. I saw an advertisement from a Turkish woman who made a breast in this hospital, I liked the result so much that I came to this clinic without hesitation (although initially I went to consult doctors in Antalya)
I came and did not regret it! My breasts were made very beautiful, exactly what I wanted. The attitude at the hospital was very good. The wards are clean and cozy. The food was delicious. Dr. Semih Yildiz has golden hands
And also, when they brought me to the operating room, music was playing there, I was very surprised by this, I felt somehow calm right away. The doctors asked me which song was my favorite, I answered "Aşkım olayım", and the doctors turned on this song for me. I was very pleased and after a couple of seconds I fell asleep. Perfect Fillers and Botox

Facelift, necklift, blepharoplasty
I had my facelift, necklift, upper blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer a few weeks ano. I still have swelling, but I’m already happy with my results!
