Wrong size items, was offered free socks as part of a goodwill gesture, which was then withdrawn as they felt they had done enough. Joke, do not use!
Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. Ordered 2 items, one was not the size ordered and cannot use the returns portal as that item is not on the order! I have been charged for both btw. The ridiculous messaging system takes far too long and I still have no idea how I am able to return these trousers. Very frustrating and taking far too much of my time to resolve an issue not of my making.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Items took over a week to arrive, then one had been sent wrong size. Then they wanted me to pay for return postage for their mistake! The customer contact is horrific, can’t phone them and the chat email facility is literally slower than the post! Simply awful customer service. Seems like it’s a recurring theme too

Purchased a pair of trousers in two sizes, with the intent on sending back whichever did not fit. However, the quality and fit of the trousers was awful, nether pair measured the size they claimed to be.
No worries, I sent them both back in original packaging for a refund, that’s when the fun started. If you read their T&C, they state they will automatically issues a credit to your account unless you state you wish a refund. Don’t be fooled by thinking that ticking the box on their return web page for a refund will get you the desired outcome. Nope, they ignore that part and credit to your account without saying a word. You have to play the game of chase the refund.
The game starts with ping pong emails regarding credit note or refund, despite indicating on my original return request monetary refund and several emails thereafter, they are still using delaying tactics. One word of advice, read their emails thoroughly, they are masters of ending each email with a multiple choice that leaves the ball in your court. They love to start the mail with “no worries about a refund”, then add, “but it’s better to have a credit”, followed by “please indicate which one you wish to have”. And that’s after telling them several times you want a refund.
What’s the latest on my refund? Well, the request has now been sent to their accounts department, sorry, extremely busy accounts department and therefore could take sometime to process.

I ordered the Ambassador pack which came well within the 3 to 5 day shipment period. The clothing was decent for the price but not to my liking , in addition the gilet seemed much smaller than the other items of the same size. I contacted them and got a next day reply with a code to return the items. This was done (at my cost) and the refund has been applied. Whilst the clothing was not to my taste I cannot fault the service and speedy resolution of my issue. Well done Druids, despite my having to pay postage both ways!! Hence the 4 stars

Ordered some tops weeks ago and returned them over a month ago for refund. A month on and still waiting for my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Emails are not responded to in a timely fashion and all ive had is promises. If you have to purchase from this rogue company make sure you pay with credit card as you will need to be contacting them when you've experienced the poor service i have. Zero escalation path and no phone numbers to call anyone. Will never purchase from this company again.

Avoid like the plague. Ordered Monday for next day delivery, told on Wednesday night there was an item out of stock, pick another and it will all be dispatched Thursday for delivery Friday, haven’t responded to any emails or live chat what so over.
Misled by returns policy
I liked the Gracie Gilet and emailed customer services to ask the length from neck to hem. They replied it was ' standard ' length. Against my better judgement I decided to order the gilet as their returns policy seemed straight forward. The gilet was just too long for my 5'5 frame and looked ridiculous. I returned it immediately but have now been told I can only have a credit note meaning I have to purchase and pay postage on another item. I cannot find any mention of a refund being in the form of a credit note.
I will use the credit note but will never buy from Druids again.

I would give them no stars if I could! Having placed an order on line it eventually came. As per my legal rights I want to return and want a refund. This company is incapable of replying to e mails to make a return. If you are not sure if it will fit DO NOT ORDER!

My 14 yr old son placed an order on 25th Aug. Having become hooked on the sport this was his first golf purchase. Exactly a month later and I've had various excuses, broken promises and delaying tactics. The customer service including their "live chat"(which is clearly a bot) literally gave an excuse about a warehouse location change and said I might get my purchase but not when. At this point I'm considering the situation as theft and will report to the appropriate authorities.

If I could give Druids more than 5 stars I certainly would.
My daughter had purchased me a very nice rainsuit, and I could not try it on as i was away, so when I did the returns period had elapsed and I could not return the trousers which were to large.
I emailed Druids and they could not have been anymore helpful, and sent me a pair of the correct size.
Their email communication is better than anyone I have ever purchased off of before!

Poor customer experience
Poor customer experience. The products are good quality and usually the shipment is fast and reliable. However, on this instance I had to chase an order which was notified as shipped to courier Evri within one day. After a week I chased customer services who advised the courier had not processed it and therefore they would ship the order again and wait another week. Two weeks after the original order the package had not arrived. Waited further while customer services followed up with Evri. I have now been advised that the package was delivered on their system and I would have to fill out disclaimers to Evri. The language and approach by Druids is good. However, I am totally disappointed with the process and the approach of Evri. It should not be the customer to spend time and effort in filling out Evri the Couriers form. I would suggest when ordering that you pay for shipment that doesn’t involve Evri.
Dreadful Returns/Refund Customer Services and over priced postage
2nd Women’s clothes order - On 2nd order I had to return 3 items as they were too big I requested one refund and 2 replacements in smaller size. I originally paid £6.99 P&P which included 24hr delivery, which did not happen I then had to pay £2.99 to return the items as sizing of the mid layers did not match the Polo shirts from my first order? After 3 emails and 10days I finally got a response by refunding me for the 3items and not sending me the 2 replacement smaller size items I had requested 😡 Therefore if I want to reorder to two mid layers I will now have to pay a further £5.99p&p which in my view is extortionate when spending well over £100 with no free returns offer? The items were of good quality and value for money but I don’t like the company’s ethics and their Customer Services so sadly I won’t be re-ordering or recommending to others…. Unless Druids make improvements and focus on providing a more satisfactory Customer Service return & exchanges process and offer cheaper postage and returns….
