Ordered 2 pairs of shorts&polo shirt&can't believe this company,it had decent quality golf wear until lately,the yellow golf shorts I ordered had black pockets that show through the fabric & the blue pair of shorts had wonky writing on the back!! Absolute disgrace&very shoddy considering price paid. I actually bought these for a golfing holiday but was to ashamed to take them as they looked like the quality of the items was bought from shein or temu etc. I ended up buying puma golf shorts of mandm sports costing the same but are of a very high quality!! What are you doing with your company druids golf! You had a good foundation for a good brand,but its obvious your turfing rubbish quality goods out to customers! I won't be purchasing any items off you again after what I have received,shame as I gave you a 2nd chance after a bad quality hoodie I bought off you a year ago thinking it was a one off bad experience!!

I had to give 1 star because there wasn't a way to give less. Ordered from this company before and it was brilliant. This time they've taken my money, took 2 weeks to arrive after been quoted 2 to 3 days. I am a regular 2xl with druids in the past. Out of this delivery only 1 fits and the other polo's i can't get over my head. They all state 2xl. All wrongly sized. Druids won't even answer any email I've sent. Money down the drain. WHAT A MASSIVE CON. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Defective Product & No Contact Options (UPDATED AFTER CONTACT)
Two of the buttons are cracked (one is completely broken off), and the other is completely missing. Their live chat doesn't work (no place to actually write the message, only the FAQ section, and their contact button doesn't either. Tried to send a message over Facebook & Instagram - get the warning that the account can non longer receive messages. I clicked the return policy and it wants to charge me €9.99 to just send it back. Surely this isn't right, the product itself was only €25. What am I meant to do when I can't contact them through their website, email, or Instagram? It's been a really poor experience, and I don't think I will be using them again. I spent €2.403,99 on a full society order in 2020 and the sizes were messed up, and now this. Poor from Druids. The order number was - #DR898936 - in case they want to claim this isn't genuine.
UPDATED(from 1 star to 5 stars): After I was able to get in contact via the response below) they provided a solution that I am very happy with and I will be using them again as the other items that I ordered were good quality and fit.
What a dreadful experience
What a dreadful experience. Order placed 19 days ago and I paid for quick delivery. Part delivered after about a week and no way of tracking the missing and final item though they say its on the way. No way of contacting the company apart from a chat bot that doesn't respond. Such a shame because the stuff is good quality and value but the customer service is completely non existent. ALL BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE

Ordered a polo & shorts in the same order. Both items apparently sent out separately on same day, Polo turned up a week later, shorts may come by Christmas, in fact the tracking says I’ve only paid for the polo & nothing for the shorts. My guess is they have ran out of stock but I’ve not been refunded for the shorts. Cracking gear they sell can’t fault that but the service is a disgrace & can only imagine they’ll lose custom of 100’s if not thousands soon, shame. Sort it out druids stop running the company on a shoe string & get the right technology. At the very least sort a great contact service out.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Must be overseas as only reply in 3 days on fb messenger and during the night hours. Products are great but I’ve had a missing item. A second delivery not arrived in 4 weeks and bot customer service responses, with no response to emails and no way to contact or speak to anyone. Great marketing without the back up of the service or basic expectations being met. 2-3 days is just simply a lie in my experience. Empty promises and no offer to rectify or even cover return costs due to their errors. Real let down.

They have given me a credit note instead of a refund. I asked for a refund on the 2nd of April and have heard nothing. Does anyone have a contact phone number.
I have just received another email 18th April offering me another credit note that they are calling a refund. The credit note is for something called GiftKart?? Who knows??

Same as other reviews.. ordered 26 March, it's now 15 April and nothing has been shipped / received. Got a refund of the delivery cost with a struggle, but getting the same old messages of 'warehouse delays' when I press for an answer on delivery. To make matters worse they were advertising 'Guaranteed delivery for the weekend' last Wednesday when I was already waiting two weeks for an order. The lack of a solid response is frustrating.

No delivery, no refund! In breach of Consumer Rights Act
In breach of Consumer Rights Act! 6 Items ordered on 23rd March, no delivery at all for over 2 weeks, then 3 of the 6 items delivered. Druids are now saying other items are out of stock despite still showing as available on website. I have raised a formal complaint and despite apologising for the missing items they are only offering a credit note for 2 of 3 not shipped items, and no refund. This is in breach of Consumer Rights Act not to offer the money back.
Over 2 weeks for delivery
I placed an order on the 1st April and still haven’t received the order (now 14th April). I tried contacting their customer service support which is awful, there’s nobody to speak to, it was just an online chat which went on for over an hour. The order is now with Evri but I’ve had correspondence with apology from the company, when they emailed back finally they just blamed a new system, just really bad service and I won’t use them again.

After several chase emails and several apologies about a new system affecting delivery, sorry sorry sorry, then told me after 5 days that it’s out of stock so refunded £9.99 credit note…..WHAT ABOUT the POSTAGE CHARGE of £5.99 I am sure trading standards will help me.
