Great communication from Phil. Drums have arrived in a timely manner. I can’t wait for Christmas Day now, when our youngest will get to play his first drum kit.

We had a wonderful experience with The Drum Shop Glasgow. Phil went out of his way to help us complete a very complicated order/ delivery of a new drum set for our son! Expert advice on the actual drum kit and then came up with a wonderful solution for delivering the kit to our very rural location! Thank you x million - 5***** Customer Service and satisfaction!

Web site easy to use
Web site easy to use, payment easy and product delivered. Only 4 stars as I paid for next day delivery but drum arrived 48hrs after shop despatched. Dirty marks on drum skin however just a minor point. Delighted with drum bought.
