Perfect service and timing. I went there for a fit-to-fly test and all went super smooth. Personnel was nice and I got the results exactly when planned.

Exceeds expectations
Unlike other test providers, DRW delivers above expectations. Our next day result for our 5 Day Test to Release COVID test was received within 7 hours. I forgot to sign the relevant form but they efficiently made sure that I signed the form virtually without delaying the test result.

We did our test to release on day 5…
We did our test to release on day 5 with Charlotte and DRW. They were the best company we have used and we have had to test a lot! I think in total we have done 12 tests each so 48 in total! We did the test at 7.45am and had the results by phone at 9.30am. The certificate by 10am. That meant we could get on with our day! I totally trusted the results as it was done in a small lab. Hardly any admin compared to other companies. Totally recommend.
