I have purchased used cars from this dealership on two occasions and have no hesitation in awarding five stars. Tony Waller looked after us on both occasions in a most helpful and courteous manner for which we are most grateful.
The showroom and condition of all the vehicles on sale are a credit to the staff and we would not hesitate to visit the garage again in the future

£99 for a diagnostic to find out what the problem is ok thats Cool i can live with that, they have the car for the day get a phone call to say the car is ready to collect wow thats good news on arriving am informed that they would need another £204 to carry out further investigation so what was the £99 for maybe it was for parking for the day ? anyway they give me the keys and inform me quote: you may need a new Turbo ! cost £5,690.69 yes this not a typo. So i said no thanks, so took my car to another garage and that charged me £35 for a diagnostic phoned me back to asked for about 2 hours to check further thats ok cost £90 get a call back they have found the problem cost £1035 wow i have just made a saving of £4949.69 and the car is running fine in fact i only payed £535.as i had AA parts and Labour cover so the aa picked up £500 of the bill. So few days later I called the first garage back and aired my concerns, I was told by one of the manages well it could have been a number of things and we have a lot of over heads and are a very established garage with all due respect your over heads are not my concern I just wanted a honest report on what the problem was and how much you saw a big car and saw £££££££ signs. am not happy at all i asked about a refund of £99 and was refused, I told him that i do reviews on trustpilot and would find it difficult to give a positive review, hes response was this I would be very careful what you say as you could face libel charges, so there you have it Colchester has its own Mafia syndicate posing as a garage.... No new coffee machines, big cigars & holidays off my back....
