Emily from DBS has been open and honest during the whole process of moving. DBS accommodated our needs (we wanted to live closer to family). There was a few obstacles from both the top and bottom of the chain, however Emily was professional even when I was having a melt down on the phone. I thank DBS and am very glad we found them. I would highly recommend dumping the more known agents for DBS. Sally who showed us the house at the beginning of our journey was also there to hand over the keys to us on our moving day. She was patient and very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again, you have been AMAZING

I have nothing but praise for Emily at DSB. Selling a property can be stressful, but Emily made the entire experience feel easy and completely under control. She was always just a message away, ready to answer questions, sort problems, and keep everything moving forward.

She found a buyer quickly, kept me updated at every stage, and was brilliant at chasing things up whenever needed. Knowing she was on top of everything took a huge amount of pressure off me, and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process.

Beyond her professionalism, Emily was also extremely friendly and approachable. It honestly felt more like talking to a friend than an estate agent. That personal touch, combined with her commitment and problem-solving, is something I don’t think you get with larger “chain” estate agents. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I first met Emily when my mum passed away and I had to sell her property and also our property next door. Emily or Em as me and wife now know her was so professional, courteous, and friendly, our properties were a bit bespoke but Emily and her team took on the challenge to market them with a positive attitude. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but a buyer was found and Emily was in close contact with us at all times, if Em happened to be on leave then Sue(please forgive me if I don’t have her name correct) was always a go to contact.

We exchanged yesterday 9/12/2025 and all went smoothly with great communication from Em at DSB and Frances at our solicitors.

We were first time buyers buying our house through DSB. In our first viewing we were given more information about the property than we did with any other estate agent during viewings. When we asked for a 2nd viewing DSB were brilliant and were able to book in a viewing for us the evening of that same day.

Emily was very supportive and communicative every step of the way. She gave us regular updates via email and answered questions quickly. Emily did a lot of back and forth during exchange and completion to make sure everyone in the chain was communicating which was very helpful. We as a family had the emotionally difficult task of selling my parents family home of over 65 years after they passed away. We asked DSB and Emily to take on that responsibility and it was the best decision we made .

The sell of our house fell through 3 times before we actually completed on the 4th (Due to buyers changing their mind ect).
