Laois LGFA - New Training Jersey - Purple

Stunning top; colours are fab, material great quality. Would buy again. This item wasn’t going to arrive on time so I contacted Darren and as usual he did all he could to get it for us on time. It may not always be an option but when it is DS Sports always do their utmost to make sure the product gets to you. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from DS Sports

Have used DS sports for various kits for my basketball team and school jumpers.

Fast and efficient service on all orders. The kits and jersey are now printed on site so the turnaround is very quick.

Highly recommend DS Sports

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the wait time for your order felt too long.

We do our best to keep all customers informed about expected production and delivery times at the point of ordering, especially during peak periods such as back-to-school season. Custom-made items can take several weeks to complete, and we always aim to be as transparent as possible about these timelines.

That said, we understand how important timely delivery is and are continually working to improve turnaround times where possible. If you ever have a question about an order’s progress, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Sizing is very bad for school tracksuits, you really need to try them on. Particularly as they are so difficult to deal with afterwards. Ensure you get a receipt - I paid cash for uniforms on 16.05 in the school and got a phone call on 19.05 asking me to pay by card over the phone. Thankfully I had looked for a receipt on the day, which they didn't have, but the guy hand wrote a flimsy note on a scrap of paper. After advising Darren of this on the call, I was then sent an invoice, requiring another phone call. He was very rude, no apologies, and when I asked if he could confirm if the uniform would be ready for collection at the school with the other orders that had been paid for by card on the day, the answer I got was "if that's what we said is going to happen, then ya". Very unprofessional and desperately poor customer service

Quality gear

Quality gear - great service.
I ordered a team hoodie with some personalisation (embroidered initials). Communication and expectations were clear - I was informed of the timeline, etc.
Quality was excellent, shipping process all fine, and I was notified at each step.
