These crates are expertly made, there is no noise when driving, everything is high quality, amazing crates and the dogs love them

This is the second dog crate we’ve bought from DT boxes. It was only bought because we changed car. Great quality and service. Delivery as expected, although was just left on our doorstep without any notice from the delivery company, and delivery driver did not come to the door. Fortunately we were in. That being said would still use DT boxes and recommend them to others.

Very pleased with my purchase, the speed of delivery and the quality of the product were amazing. Also, the staff were quick and helpful in responding to my enquiry.
I will be purchasing another fan soon.

Wanted one of these boxes for such a long time and I’m so very please it fits our Rifter brilliantly and my collies love it .
I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend this company if you are in need of a good dog box and care about the safety of your dogs they are not cheap but the quality of the box is very good and worth every penny knowing it will last for years.thank you DTboxes.

Great personal service from the start.
The first consignment arrive damaged, this had happened during shipping, and did not leave the workshop in this condition, sadly these things do happen from time to time.
I called Mark at DT boxes, and he was so helpful and apologetic, asked me what I'd like to do, cancel for a full refund or have a replacement...he also offered compensation for the inconvenience.
A week later, my replacement boxes arrived, and I couldn't be happier! They were easy to install and the dogs are really happy travelling in them. In fact, one of my dogs is keen to sit in hers all day!
It's a Fantastic product with an equally good customer service.
Much appreciation to the team.

Box is perfect fits the car and the dogs like a glove. We have no issues with the box it’s just what we wanted.
Our only issue was the lack of communication between order and delivery.

I ordered after contacting DT Boxes direct just to check that I had the correct box in my basket. They were super helpful.
I ordered, this took 3 weeks to come, and was packaged so no damage could happen in transit. Its very light for the 'Double Box' size and fitted into my new 2026 X-Trail beautifully. I also ordered the matting to keep my car clean and have since been back and ordered the door 'Stoppers' as the doors do open up onto your lights, but these arrived after a couple of days and has fixed that issue. I am
really thrilled with these products and the service I received again, I am delighted with.

Cracking service and a good fit for a custom box.

I needed a couple of the cooling fans but kept missing them being in stock. Rachel from customer service was able to help me secure what I needed and then kept me up to date about the process and delivery. Top notch customer service, would not hesitate to recommend.
