I’ve ordered DT boxes and was very excited to receive them. However unless I locked the doors my dog could open and get out. The problem with locking them is that the keys are so fragile they keep breaking inside the lock if dog brushes passed them etc. In fairness they sent replacement doors but that has not fixed the problem. The door closing system is poor.

These boxes are a lifesaver for us! We have reactive GSD's and without their box they would be going bonkers at the rear windscreen every time they saw another dog! This prevents this from happening and we all have a more relaxed journey safe in the knowledge that they are also strong boxes and crash tested. We've added a DT box fan for extra comfort on hot days when travelling. They are brilliant as well!

Never give anything 5 star but my DT box experience comes really close.
Crate well constructed and fits Kia Niro perfectly.
Delivery date was as expected. Crate came well packed and on a pallet.
The bumper cover is also of good quality and the clips to secure it are a good idea.
Nervous dog who I gave struggled with for 2 years hopped into Crate and settled almost immediately as suggested in your promotion video.
Although expensive I believe it was worth it.

I am a returning customer, due to a car change, I knew I had to select another DT box, they are amazing lightweight and so easy to clean from 4 Gundogs. Does what’s it says on the label. Thank you to Rachel for your help.

I have now bought 6 crates and 6 fans. Brilliant service and great products. So so happy with my set up.

Once the fans were restocked, it was pure luck that i found out (last one) and ordered it. I had signed up to the newsletter alert, but as luck would have it ‘Shop’ advised me of stock.
That aside the fan was dispatched and received quickly and my dog is pleased with the cooling effect, i love the quietness of it.
Very good service overall and would buy again and recommend the product and company.

Fantastic customer service and quality products at affordable prices

The fan is great. There was a delay in it's arrival but it looks as though a change of factory and Royal Mail contributed to this.
The website has now been updated but it did say the fan ran on usb and came with a 3 metre usb lead. It also advertised a car adapter/charger which I ordered. The fan in fact runs on usbc and the car adapter provided has no usb slot.
Disappointing service from this company but the fan was worth the wait.
