Mark (the owner iirc) & Rachel from DT boxes went to a lot of time & trouble to identify the correct double-dog crate for my make & model of car, sort out shipping & actual delivery. Really went the extra mile. Highly recommended.

The crate itself has proved very satisfactory (5 months' use now). I'd recommend also buying the rubber mat that protects the bumper from claw scratches & then rolls up - it gives dogs who aren't particularly good at jumping extra purchase to help them get in without assistance.

The only downside was omission of the divider which then necessitated a separate delivery by Parcelforce. They are a dreadful company, came nowhere near the house at the first delivery attempt (and lied about it); had to wait in another 6 hours at a later date for a successful delivery - which only happened because I kept patrolling the road at the top of our drive!

Crates are fab but I’m a bit surprised that there has been no after sales care or enquiry. For a purchase this expensive I would’ve expected it

Great service and the dog box is really well made, easy to get in and out of car for cleaning. We also ordered the door stops which came in a couple of days absolutely brilliant.

100 % the best Crete I use them for my dog walker’s business so glad I invested in them. Also wanting the fans but disappointed that they are always out of stock

The crate is amazing and our Springer took to it immediately! I definitely recommend it. The only reason for the four stars was related to the customer service. I sent emails that went unanswered and would have preferred the courier service to contact me to confirm the exact date for delivery. I had to ask the company to reschedule it as I wasn’t available but it did arrive once this was done.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. The product is perfect, and obviously good quality. Dogs aren't impressed as they were used to travelling on a seat, but im sure they'll get used to it lol! Seriously though, your company was recommended to me and im so glad I went with you. Thank you

Excellent quality crate. We had the 1000xl which is big enough for our 2 lurchers, German shepherd & Jack Russell.

Very pleased with the box, I'm sure our young Fox Red Lab will grow into it znd still have plenty of space to stretch her legs.
One point the delivery took us by surprise by turning up un announced!!!

Excellent products and services. We purchased three dog crates and experienced a prompt response to our initial enquiry with great communication throughout. They were delivered quickly and to a notified schedule. The crates ideally suit our requirements. They are lightweight, but strong, so easy to lift in and out of our vehicle, easy to clean but, most important, our dogs are happy travelling in them. In summary a smooth, and highly successful, transaction.

Very good service fantastic box, one of the locks was stuck when I recieved the box I rang and explained, I was sent a brand new door with in 2 days great !👍

Quick delivery, excellent product. Fits perfectly in the boot of my Kadjar and dogs very happy travelling in it (twin crate model for medium size staffy x and medium size working cocker spaniel). Easy to move and good ventilation.
