Exceptional service and speed
I was in urgent need for a same day UAE visa. I applied through dubaivisas.co.uk as their interface was the easiest. Immediately after that, I gave them a call, and they instantly started the application even though io had chosen the 'next day service'. Within an hour the visa was in my hand - which is truly exceptional, considering i was doing all this sitting at the airport. A BIG relief for me; and commendable work by the Dubaivisas team

Dear Aditya,
Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re so glad we could assist you in such a time-sensitive situation and get your visa processed within an hour—that’s exactly the level of service we strive for!
At DubaiVisas, we understand that travel plans can sometimes be unpredictable, which is why we always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, even when a different service option is selected. It’s great to hear that our seamless process and quick action made a real difference for you, especially while you were at the airport.
We also want to highlight an important issue we’ve been noticing recently—there is a huge discrepancy with **Indian passport holders** being advised that they may avail the **Visa on Arrival** service, whereas not all airlines or check-in staff understand this rule. Given that **UK BRPs expired in December**, we’re seeing major complications for Indian travelers at check-in. To avoid any last-minute issues, we strongly recommend securing a visa in advance through us for a stress-free experience.
We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to assisting you again in the future and wishing you smooth travels ahead!
Best regards,
#TeamDubaiVisas

Very responsive and helpful
The team were very responsive and very helpful. We were under time pressure, and they were clear in what we needed to do as the person travelling was a non EU/US citizen. Dubai Visas were simple to deal with and very fast at helping us.

Hi Shaun,
Thank you for such a nice review.
Many people do NOT realise that we can assist ANYONE living ANYWHERE (subject to immigration restrictions).
As long as a UK/EU national is willing to take responsibility for a NON UK/EU national - we would be more than happy to assist like we did for you.
Hoping to be of assistance for many years to come!
