Dublin Bus Opiniones 

I travelled on Monday 14th Sept after Oprah Winfrey from 3 arena on Dublin bus. I’m new to the city and didn’t get off in town as planned. It was late and I ended up in Ballyfermot when I realised I was going in the wrong direction (my phone had died) - the lovely bus man was so kind and helpful and he dropped me to a hotel - aspect hotel so I could get out safely & call a taxi from the hotel. I was so grateful but I was so stressed I forgot to ask his name - it was a G1 or maybe G2 service between 10:30pm -11:30pm. Huge thanks to him 🫶☺️

I was waiting on the 39 on D'Olier St during rush hour. The bus arrived and I put out my hand but the driver refused to stop. The bus only had a few passengers on it and this was rush hour. I could see the Luas was going to stop at Trinity so I ran for it, got off at Dawson St and headed around to Kildare St. I knew that with the amount of traffic that I'd make before the 39 got there. The same bus came up Kildare St and I again put out my hand with other commuters but again the driver just ignored everyone and drove by the stop. Everone just looked at each other agog. At this stage, I headed around onto Baggott St and I could see that the driver had stopped there to allow passengers board. At that stage, I took out my phone and took a few pictures of the registration, the bus and the driver. I would like to post the pictures here for everyone to see. The driver saw me taking the pictures and opened his window. I told him that he had failed to stop at several of the stops but he just laughed. It's hard enough to get a bus these days in Dublin at rush hour but when virtually empty buses fail to stop because of lazy ******* drivers, it really annoys me.

have been waiting for the bus for a good 30 mins because tfi live said there was one coming in 20 mins, sat here and waited the 20 mins + 10 mins extra and the bus app had no update at all, still said in 20 mins so i assume it’s not coming and walk away, i then see that same bus pulling up in the bus stop i was waiting for it, this is so unacceptable and completely unfair as people have jobs and places to be and the only way of transport is on the bus. especially if you’re putting the prices up by 15%, this is disgraceful behaviour do better or people will stop coming on the bus, also do a better job on cleaning the seats because they are disgusting

Busses consistently leave BEFORE the scheduled time, so if you're transferring from another bus, you often get screwed. Do drivers get paid per mile or something? At 2am when there's no one around, the drivers will treat their circuit like a race track. Goodbye schedule. What a colossal waste of diesel fuel!

Horrific . I feel sorry for people that have this as their only option . Bus stops are spaced out so close you can wave at people at the next stop which makes it so slow . But by far the worst thing is ghost buses that never show. N4 is really bad

Sucks beyond all belief

Waiting 45 mins for the 27b outside Connolly station on a Monday morning. The text arrival display kept indicating the 27b bus has arrived but never showed up. The most vulnerable and old people waiting to go to beaumont hospital for iv or appointments were basically standing in the rain until I rang Dublin bus. After 5 mins pressing different options for Irish/English,different departments,different everthing that has no business being on a phone I finally got through. I was on phone for another 8 mins on hold. After speaking to customer service personnel one bus arrived 5 mins later. No accountability, bus driver ignored my querying on lateness. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. The displays are just a digital recordings of what time should arrive at. 40yrs out of date.

Avoid bus 11. Sunday, 9th of august, it was 2 hours late, no notification, NOTHING. It’s a pattern that this bus is late all the time though, usually 30 minutes late!

I am a wheelchair user and a few minutes ago I heard a beep and a driver on C1 on Sandymount Road checked if I wanted to get on .I was stopped on the road checking emails …. How kind of that driver.please pass on my thanks

Rude, unprofessional and latee

We are waiting for the 24 bus to the airport, for about one hour . The timetable showed two buses . The first one never came and the second one passed and never stoped . Are you serious people ??? We wanna catch a flight, not go for a coffee

Buses rarely come at the time they’re supposed to and frequently cancelled last minute

41 due to leave its origin at 8.50 yet has failed to do so the last two weeks. Leaves at 8.54/8.55

On a 41 from town I was told to get off two stops early as the driver decided that he wanted to end the journey so that he could go to the bathroom. I, including an elderly couple and a woman with a pram and three children, had to walk those last two bus stops in the blistering heat.

The service as a whole is woeful and deserves some serious attention.

I had no change I lost it and it was dark and the bus driver wouldn’t let me on

Buses dirty inside.They never been cleaned for ages looks like.Did they even have cleaning staff 🤔 Discussing dirty smelly

HOW ABOUT GET UR BUS ON TIME AND DONT CANCEL ABOUT 10 BUSES IN A ROW😡😡😡😡😡YES IM TALKING ABOUT THE N4 and W4 AND THE BUS DRIVERS ARE RUDE HE SCWASH ME. IN THE DOOR AND DIDNT SAY SORRY🤬🤬🤬🤬

Never Arrives - Disappears off Bus Time Screen Monitor happens a lot on a Daily Basis.
Unreliable bus service

The most unengaging driver. Number 11 at 11:30 at the Embassy of Malta stop.

We choose to walk rather than give a cent to this useless company.

More buses that do not appear. Digital signage at stop incorrect as is the app. A terrible terrible service.
