Quote from the company and paid full, the company sent Mr Danny Gill to fix Leak from bathroom / toilet. Danny was very good to find the fault and addressed it clearly an the two options. He clearly explained to us and report was sent to the company-

We had Danny working on upgrading our bathroom for a week. Danny and his colleague Josh were very easy to have in the house, leaving it clean and tidy every evening before they left.
The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail were excellent and we are delighted with the finished result.

Alan came out to supply & install 1 No. New Auto Fill Valve for us today, he was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with! If we need any future work done we will be calling you guys :)

Appointment went OK, plumber took notes about a future invoice to fix things. However after two months and some emails and calls I haven't got anything. After leaving my review, my case got flagged and they called me to apologize and refund the first appointment money.

Appreciate the honesty, we're all humans. Thanks for taking your time for calling back.

I had the pleasure of having Oisin in our home at 16 Ballintyre meadows. Excellent service from start to finish. Oisín quickly identified the issue with our cylinder and fixed it efficiently. Would highly recommend him.

The cost of our Service was expensive to repair a leak and we got a lot of mixed messages about needing to get tiles for our shower. But the plumber who came out and did the new shower for us Danny was excellent, left the bathroom very neat afterwards. He was great!

Booked a heating plumber to do a service of boiler at least one week in advance, took my money. Plumber never turned up, I phoned twice and was told they would be there later that day, this was at 3:30pm. I had taken the day off work and on my first call I was told they would be there after 12:00.
No one called to say the plumber was delayed.
I had to ask for a refund.
Office staff was rude.
I’d never recommend them, 100% waste of my time.

Easy to work with, and results are great. Quick to reply, easy scheduling. Very detail oriented in the work (pre-purchase plumbing inspection, then post-purchase retiling of bathroom and other home plumbing repairs)

First it was a professional inspection. Then the workers team arrived and did an incredible job.

I called DPS in October. A lady arranged a booking for 7 days later. I paid up-front the €120 + VAT for a guy to call and diagnose the problem which I already knew was replacement of two radiator valves. The guy had a look and headed off.
A day later, I received my quote. "Supply & install 2 No. New Radiator TRVs - €448.33. So all told - €584.53 to replace 2 radiator valves. When I emailed to ask the cost of the parts and labour, I received no reply.

Everyone I dealt with was great, helpful and friendly. From booking in the initial inspection to following up after all the work was done - all in all a great experience.
We had quite a big job, and it was more complicated than originally thought, it's an old house and has had many a "creative" intervention with the pipework over the years, so it was a bit of a puzzle to get everything in order, but Alan and the guys got to it and sorted everything out.

Called today looking for a plumber to fix a leak under the sink. Craig called out just a few hours later. He arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly.

I've used the company a few times in the past. They're a little pricier than other plumbers but worth it for the reliability.

Got an appointment pretty much immediately. Greg arrived on time, no-fuss, skilled service. Always find this company to stand over their work. Will definitely use them again.

I had an appointment booked but since the original engineer was delayed, Craig was sent instead. He arrived promptly, tightened my leaking radiator, explained the issue clearly, and made sure everything was resolved before leaving.
