First class service all the way. We had a leak and not only did they respond the same day, the leak was actually fixed within 24 hours of our initial contact. Really great communication from Patricia throughout and Scott was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again. Well done all.

Great service
Great service. Paul visited us and sorted the issue efficiently. He carried out work on our Elnur Mattira electric boiler, including installing a new AAV and T&P valve, repiping the safety valves to drain and fully commissioning the system. Everything has been working perfectly since.
On the administrative side, Anita and Patricia were very responsive and organised the appointment quickly and smoothly.
Highly recommend.

Professional, knowldgeable, and great a communication
From initial quote request to the end of the work, the staff of Dublin Plumbing Services have been nothing short of amazing.
I had two toilets that had to get their seals replaced, and a couple of other checks that needed doing, nothing urgent, but precaution work.
First of all, the ability to communicate very seamlessly via mail is amazing, rather than having to worry about missing calls in the middle of a work day. Scott, the plumber, came out early in the morning, and I've had a quote to review within 2 hours of them leaving.
Even though the work had to be rescheduled, they did great in keeping me appraised of what was going on. The repairs themselves were professional, tidy, and of high quality. Danny did a wonderful job, and it was done quicker than I expected.
Big thanks to both plumbers attending the appontments, and to Anita, who was my contact for arranging the job. They are definitely the kind of folks you want to get for quality work.

Had a few leaks and a misbehaving toilet, so contacted DPS. Scott arrived within an hour of my initial call and fixed what he could and scoped up the work that required new parts. Quote for this work received by e-mail from the office within 2 hours with a handy online payment link. Craig arrived this early morning and had all the jobs done before tea time. Very happy with the overall service.

Great job by Danny who got to the root of a persistent problem with a leak from my upstairs shower into the floor below.. I had several failed attempts to fix before, but finally it has been sorted.

Ballcock Replacement
I contacted DPS this morning regarding a leak from my roof. I received a reply very promptly and Danny came around and had it sorted for me in no time! He was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained everything clearly, which was very reassuring as I knew nothing about what was happening other than that water was flooding out of the side of my house! Turns out it was a ballcock that needed replacing. I'm so grateful to have this sorted before the long weekend!
