We’d never had our ducts professionally cleaned before and I was anticipating it would be dusty work. We have a 2 storey home and I was bracing myself for the clean up. I need not have worried. Gary was highly professional, communicated well and left everything spotless. He answered all of my questions before, during and after completing the job. He also identified wear & tear issues and some faults with the original installation of the air intake filters. There was no hard sell and Gary came back 2 days later to do the repairs and upgrade our filters. The end result is one happy customer. I’m very particular and Duct Mates have definitely earned my 5 star recommendation.

What a brilliant experience. Duct Mates were punctual with great communication throughout. Our ducts were filthy. The team cleaned them out & helped with replacing filters and pointing out areas to run an efficient central heating system. Highly recommend for your duct cleaning.
