Duct Cleaning Near Me In Melbourne by Duct Mates Opiniones

I had my central heating ducts cleaned and scary the amount of dust that was removed! All good now. Great job, thanks guys

We’d never had our ducts professionally cleaned before and I was anticipating it would be dusty work. We have a 2 storey home and I was bracing myself for the clean up. I need not have worried. Gary was highly professional, communicated well and left everything spotless. He answered all of my questions before, during and after completing the job. He also identified wear & tear issues and some faults with the original installation of the air intake filters. There was no hard sell and Gary came back 2 days later to do the repairs and upgrade our filters. The end result is one happy customer. I’m very particular and Duct Mates have definitely earned my 5 star recommendation.

What a brilliant experience. Duct Mates were punctual with great communication throughout. Our ducts were filthy. The team cleaned them out & helped with replacing filters and pointing out areas to run an efficient central heating system. Highly recommend for your duct cleaning. Oh and the price to do was excellent.

The workman who cleaned the airconditioner did a fantastic job and was very knowledgable.
I'd recommend your company to anyone as you bent over backwards to fit me in for a clean when it was short notice and it was urgent..Thankyou Patti.

Reliable & professional service. I would recommend them.

Ductmates arrived on time. Carried out the work requested (duct cleaning) and also carried out additional work (replacing filter and fixing poor performing duct in one room) after consultation with me and after providing quote for the additional work. Would recommend.

Very helpful & good service.
Took photos and provided good quotes.
Thanks Duct Mates

Easy quote, good clean.

Total rip off. Never put a vacuum or brush in any duct even when I asked them to show me how of was done. All they did was clean around the outlets in the roof. Had vacuum machines and air pressure macchine sucking power the whole time but did nothing with them. The charged over $100 to replace a filter I found on line for $25.00. OVER $400 for 8 Ducts. Totally embarrassed to let my self get ripped off so hard. Stay well clear of this mob. Tried calling back to sort out and never hear from them again. I will have to get them done again after seeing on YouTube what should have been done. GO SOMWWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF

They were neat, helpful and communicative. Will use the team again for sure
