Bu sitede yaptığım ilk alışverişti. Siparişi verdikten buradaki yorumları gördükten sonra siparişimi iptal edip etmemek arasında çok kararsız kaldım fakat sonuca güvenmeyi tercih ettim. I’ve lost count of how many orders I placed with DünyadaKitap, and I’m happy with this one too thank you. The delivery did take a bit longer than usual this time, but it makes sense since I had almost a dozen books in there from different suppliers. Even so, without me paying extra it got here fast via expedited shipping. 10 out of 10 experience

It will almost a month, we haven’t received the books. Even shipping got 2 weeks.

Kitap siparişi vereli tam 1 ay oldu ancak hala kitaplar elime ulaşmadı ve hala ne olduğu konusunda bilgilendirilmedim. En sonunda merak edip mesaj attım gecikme için özür dilediler .Kendim mesaj atıp sormasam bilgi de alamayacağım , haber veren mail atan kimse yok ayrıca “shoppier” üzerinde de herhangi bir güncel bilgi yok .Kargo firmasından gelen maile göre Şu an kitaplarım kargoya verilmiş ve yolda görünüyor ancak verilen kargo numarasına göre 1 hafta evvel elimde olması gereken kitaplarım hala yok. Kargo kayıp mı oldu ? Karıştı mı ? Hiç bir haber ve bilgi veren yok . Dünyada kitaptan 1 senedir kitap siparişi veriyorum her geçen gün hizmetleri daha da kötüleşti.En zayıf yanları da bilgilendirme ve iletişim.
