DuoHeating was our chosen local installer via Heatgeek. We were having a heat pump & underfloor heating (both floors) retrofitted to our 1980’s house.

Nick did the initial site survey and all subsequent installations along with other members of his team. They always arrived on time and on the day they said they would which is rarer than you think for trades today.

We had various delays throughout the process due to NorthernPower etc but Nick & Duoheating was always patient with the process and explained what was going on. Because of the delays new heatpumps got released (Nick told us about it and was better for our install & saved us some money) while waiting for the jnstall so we had a chance to upgrade, which again they sorted without fuss.

The installation of the heatpump and UFH was great, very neat and they always tidied up after themselves. I’ve had other plumbers etc comment on how nice the install looks. The handover was done on a weekend and didn’t rush us and explained everything.

We would recommend Nick & the Duoheating team to anyone who asks for a plumber recommendation.

Nick and his team had worked on my son's house, so I already knew the high standards that they worked to and also the fact that his installed heating and water system worked in practice.
For me initial survey was approximately 3 hours, not rushed and Nick patiently answered all my questions. Options were clearly explained.
Nick and his team arrived on time every day and worked hard during that time. All carpets were protected and everywhere was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. All the team were polite, respectful and approachable. Any problems encountered, were fully discussed and satisfactory solutions found.
The work was completed on time to the agreed schedule. There were no surprises.
3 weeks in, everything is working as expected. Should I have any queries, I am confident Nick will continue to provide timely support and answers.
This is one of the rare occasions I have been happy to handover my house keys and just let the guys get on with it.
Nick is passionate and enthusiastic about what he does - we were very happy with the whole process and result.

We have been using DuoHeating for over 14 years and they have just put a new boiler in for us. They always do excellent work, provide excellent service and are always honest and transparent. I will continue to use them. They are also really lovely people.
