Today on 01/02/2026 at around 11h00am I visited DBBL Sub brunch. Nandipara Sabujbagh Dhaka. Reason was my wife account cheque book and my account debit card information(which was apply 14 days ago) At 11h00 to 12h00 i was on queue at that time I noticed the DBBL Staff was very busy for buttering for some people who came after me they doesn't care someone expecting service from them after 1 hrs while I speak with one of in charge regarding my card and cheque book he didn't check anything and reply me they didn't recieve anything for me. Later I called DBBL Customer service line one of DBBL colleague Ms. Asma who was very rude she didn't help me also she cut the line. Later after few minutes someone call me and informed me my cheque book and my debit card in DBBL sub brunch in Nandipara sabujbagh Dhaka ( why very careless staff in DBBL Bank) My question is that's good service ??? why they doing like that Harassment for customer????????

From overseas you can open accounts and access//transfer money// Everything you can do !!!!!
But wrong ………..
For everything you need to go Bangladesh and approve it ………then you can access everything……..!!!!!!!!!!??????

I was a customer of this bank in Brahmanbaria Branch they are not even deserve to get 1star

Customer service was worst at the Sylhet East Zindabazar branch. Employee’s name is Shamim, he works at the accounting section. He was rude to me & he lied to me. I complained to the Manager but manager was backing his employee. Shamim, accounting guy should not be working in the bank sector, he is not suitable for this job. I won’t recommend anyone to go this bank unless Bank authority take proper action against him.

I won’t go to this bank again.

A terribly worst system I’ve ever seen. They claim their Nexus App’s bank opening time one day, unfortunately almost awaiting for one week. Haven’t received any single update. Even, I called lot of time to their customer service number, they said just will short out!

Very very worst experience ever.
I think first of they should put amount to how to manage bank, then should do advertising.

Bad Behaviour. 90% employees of this bank behaved very bad with customers.

Cash receiving officer behaviour was unfriendly. She was not cooperative. It was at pallabi Branch

I have had a great experience with Dutch Bangla Bank. The customer service has been excellent and the staff has been very helpful. The banking experience has been very good and I would recommend this bank to others.

I remember going to their Narayanganj brunch, their staffs and officers don’t have manner at all, they don’t know how to speak to customers and staffs are very rude. I don’t know if they have education. Disgraceful customer services. I would advise no one to open any bank account in this bank

Customer service is good but there has many problems in their server and KYC management portal. I'm currently working as a agent and I'm not happy.

বাংলাদেশের সবচাইতে বাজে ব্যাংক Dutch Bangla Bank. ১৫ দিন একটা ব্যাংক এর লেনদেন বন্ধ রাখে কিভাবে। গত ৭-৮ দিন ধরে একই কথা বলছে। গ্রাহক সেবা খুব বাজে, ভুল তথ্য দেই। বুথ এর অবস্থা খুব খারাপ। সবাই বিরত থাকুন এই ব্যাংক থেকে। #scammer
