Ik zocht een horloge dat nog maar een paar maanden op de markt was en dat je nog niet zo makkelijk kon verkrijgen. Toen ik een balletje bij Dux Watches opgooide, konden zij in hun grote netwerk het horloge binnen een week voor mij bemachtigen. Als klap op de vuurpijl konden ze er nog eentje leveren voor een vriend van mij die graag hetzelfde horloge wilde. Het hele proces liep soepel en de communicatie was erg snel. Binnen een week zaten we samen onze nieuwe horloges te passen. Ik ben zeer gelukkig met mijn horloge en ik kan Dux Watches aan iedereen aanbevelen die op zoek is naar een horloge!

Recently I bought a watch at Dux and traded in another watch. At first I was looking for something else, but somehow these guys manage to find some gems at the right moment! I recently purchased a Rolex watch from Dux Watches and I cannot help but express my utmost satisfaction with the entire experience. From the moment I contacted Bjorn by whatsapp to the moment I walked out with my new watch, the service was nothing short of excellent.
What really stood out was the expertise of the staff. Martijn and Bjorn guided me through the entire process and their knowledge of watches is really impressive. They took the time to answer all my questions. And: the price i paid was more than fair (incl original box, original papers etc).
Another aspect that I really appreciated was their accessibility. The fact that they were available late into the evenings made the whole process much easier for me. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Dux Watches.
In short, I highly recommend Dux Watches to anyone looking for a high-quality watch and a first-class shopping experience (even when their office is not a fancy expensive jewellery shop in a busy shoppingmall/street, i loved personally the discretion of the Dux office). Bijzonder vriendelijk en deskundig geholpen door Martijn en Bjorn. Na een allerhartelijkste ontvangst goed geadviseerd en met een mooie IWC naar huis gegaan. Complimenten voor de korte lijnen en de heldere en duidelijke communicatie.

Afgelopen zaterdag mijn Explorer ingeruild voor een Submariner. Vooraf telefonisch contact met Martijn gehad waarin hij duidelijk en op een fijne manier hun werkwijze uitlegde. Uiteindelijk een mooi inruilprijs gekregen en een scherpe prijs voor de Submariner. Mijn volgende horloge ga ik zeker ook bij Dux Watches halen!
