D W Roofing Specialists LTD Opiniones

Very good service. My flat roof repair was delayed by bad weather but the workmen came as soon as the sun came out. They have done a good job in good time. I would definitely use this company again.

The whole team was professional, polite and tidy. The job was originally a small one but once on the roof it was clear it was a much bigger issue. Everything was explained and showed to us with no pressure of a sale just honest professional advice. The job was then completed in 2 days to a very high standard. Thank you to all the team involved. Very happy customers and will definitely use this company again for any future roofing needs.

Great work on a difficult old roof! Would definitely recommend D W Roofing!

We contacted DW roofing with a leaky roof, getting actively worse over Christmas. Dave and his team were really prompt and helpful. Despite the busy Christmas period, even though they were fully booked, Dave still organised for his team to come out and secure a temporary cover to stop the problem getting worse (especially in lots of rainy weather). Once they had slots free Dave and his team were super quick to come over and assess the full situation. Although our roof was in a worse state than we thought, Dave laid out all our options and kindly helped us sort out a short and long-term plan that was budget friendly, good quality and most important would keep us dry! The roof was re-felted and tiled within a single day, and their 25 year guarantee on the works means we felt well taken care of! We now feel much more confident in future proofing the house and that everything was water-tight in the meantime. Huge thanks to Dave and his team for their speedy work and for keeping us calm throughout! Would definitely be using again for any roof problems

Great service the team did a realy good job fixing my roof and dave kept me in the loop what was happening I would 100% recomend them to anyone.

Outstanding service from highly professional and diligent individuals! We are a registered charity that supports vulnerable adults in Hereford, and as a non-profit organization, finances can often be limited. Dave reached out to our charity and kindly offered to repair our guttering free of charge. The guttering had been detached and leaking for several months, so we were very pleased when Dave offered to resolve the issue. We had never met Dave before today, yet he has already made a significant impact on the charity. We are thankful to have met someone so generous and thoughtful. The project was finished on the same day by a highly skilled team, who demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and maintained a clean work environment throughout. It’s important to support local businesses that are committed to their communities, and DW Roofing Specialists LTD exemplifies this. Not only do they provide high-quality service, but they also give back by supporting those who need it most.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dave, Joe, and the entire team at DW Roofing Specialists LTD for their outstanding service and generosity. We encourage everyone to support businesses that demonstrate a genuine commitment to their communities and uphold high standards of excellence in their work. Well done, DW Roofing Specialists LTD!

This turned out to be a job in 2 stages. DW Roofing were initially called out to fix a leak in the roof at the front of the house, which required a new roof done.
It also revealed a problem at the back of the house which needed new felt and battens as well as a complete set of composite slates.
Both operations were carried out quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication: all available options were considered, with appropriate possible budgets outlined at every stage of the process . All the old roof materials and rubbish was cleared up promptly and thoroughly.
We would recommend DW Roofing to anyone undertaking similar projects.

Had DW out to fix an old Tiled roof following ingress of water to our utility room. Had hoped it was an easy fix but as we found when the old tiles came off the original felt and some of weather boarding etc had completely rotted away. So although the job ended up being much bigger and more expensive than expected/ hoped the DW team were fantastic kept us fully in the picture on work and showed us everything that was needed before work was done. The team worked really hard and on one day worked through to 6pm (even though was dark from 4.30ish head torches are a wonderful tool) to get it finished for us in time for Christmas. Strongly recommended business.

Joe, Dave and the team were friendly and professional. The quotation provided was explained clearly and they were able to complete the work around my schedule.
The roof has caused us problems for many years is now fixed and guaranteed. Great service. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent service all round! We’re delighted with D W Roofing.
We contacted DW Roofing when we had water getting into our loft. The response was quick, as was a site visit and estimate. Dave offered advice, but at no point was he pushy with this. Even better was that DW Roofing managed to get to us before they had estimated they might do, given that we had water getting in. The quality of the work is first rate, and all of the guys were very professional and polite. Having had heavy rain and high winds since the repair, we’re so pleased to say that the leak has been cured. I have no hesitation in commending all of the guys at D W Roofing to you.

Dave and team responded really quickly when we had a roofing problem, coming round to see us before 9am! Great professional job.

Once contacted Dave promptly arrived to quote for a repair. Within a few days scaffolding had been erected and work commenced. The roof was re-felted and tiles refitted in 3 days, the job being completed within a fortnight of the quote. His team of 4 men worked hard and with minimal breaks. All work appears to have been satisfactorily completed and everything done in an entirely professional manner. It needs to stand the test of time but I'm confident that it will.

Exceptional service and with a smile. Came promptly and did the job required. Couldn’t fault them at all. Highly recommend.

Fast friendly service fixing some broken roof tiles in time for the autumn weather. A pleasure to deal with.

Dave and his team did a great job on our roof and would recommend him to anyone, his team are very experienced and worked really hard and also came out quickly after my call. I will definitely use these guys again over any other company.

Very fast service, friendly staff and polite makes a change these days

We arranged for new fascias and guttering and having seen the state of our roof under the tiles ended up having a total roof repair. Now we have a great looking roof and total peace of mind that it will last another 25 years or more. The team were professional and got the job done in just 3 days. Cracking service.

Based on excellent Google reviews, we submitted an online enquiry (on a Saturday) and within 3hr DW had phoned and visited us to assess our requirements - fast response! Dave is clearly very passionate about his business and reputation, so - like we experienced - potential customers should be guaranteed a high standard of service.

The complete felt/batten replacement and fitting of a dry ridge system on our detached house was carried out (the following week) quickly and efficiently, and all waste removed for recycling/disposal (all within a couple of days). The members of the two fitting teams were polite, friendly, and worked hard. Dave - also a friendly chap, BTW - was in constant contact throughout the job, on site, and was readily available to answer questions and advise. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was carried out properly and efficiently, and that we were involved and happy. In addition to being the company director, he's a very good, 'hands-on' project manager.

This is a properly-registered and insured roofing company - no 'white van man' contractors and the work is fully-guaranteed. Reputation is important to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and can recommend without hesitation.

We had our chimney repointed & new roof felt & buttons.
David was super efficient from quote to completed work, attentive to our requirements. His team were fast, courteous & professional throughout.
Our property was left clean & all waste removed promptly.
We would highly recommend.

Brilliant company, very supportive and done in a timely manner.
