I purchased the voucher through hyperli almost two weeks now and I still cannot study. I send numerous emails and online chats nobody replies .How does this school work?

After two more contacts about the installation routine everything was OK. Office 2019 H&B runs great. After an update, the language was changed to "GERMAN" and everyone is happy. Can work great with my new MS Office. Everything is wonderful. The service works via email without any problems. Special thanks to Kelly Williams / Customer Service Administrator

Obwohl am Ende der Installation eine Office-Fehlermeldung proppte, dass das alte Office nicht deinstalliert war.
Office und Office 365 wurden aber vor der neuen Installation bereits deinstalliert!

Bin sehr zufrieden, prima Ablauf. Auf meine Fragen wurde kurzfristig geantwortet mit Hinweisen,wie ich Probleme beheben kann.
Von mir fünf Sterne plus!!

Purchased the prince 2 foundation and practitioner with exams this include everything I need to know to pass my exam they had arranged my exam for me. Money well spent.

Two courses, great value for money, some better then others but it does what it says on the tin and some are brilliant. Support during the courses was also good. I don't have major negative comments to use to learn or update knowledge within familiar field of education.

I got some instructions at start but literally ZERO support or reply to my emails since then. I am deeply disappointed... Jozsef

Great experience overall.
The contact person, Luke R. was very helpful, always being very responsive.
The course was easy to follow and understand, but for good results, I would recommend putting into practice the knowledge.

I approached Ben for assistance when I needed an extension to my Course. He is always prompt in responding and is one of the rare stars who still cares about individuals rather than looking at the ££ / Year End Bonuses like other Course Providers can appear to be. The process to extend my access was easy and I'm looking forward to completing my course and owning that Certificate!

I have just purchased the Microsoft Office Professional package through Wowcher. Due to my total lack of technical ability I had to contact someone to help me with the download process. Luke replied straight away and gave a easy instructions to enable me to install the programme.

My son bought me the Home Student & Office product through Wowcher and I had a lot of difficulty installing the product and not being good with technical things to begin with the lovely folk at Zak Learning were so helpful. I was needing a lot of help and they were there. Just want to say a big Thank you to Luke Robinson who had excellent customer service skills and got everything sorted in a lovely pleasant and caring manner. Purchased a programme through Wowcher and was struggling to download due to not reading the instructions correctly. I contacted the company and with the help of Luke was up and running in no time. Excellent customer service.
