Love these, had two sets now for reducing music noise. Almost invisible, long-term comfy, don't fall out, and great customer support from Mark.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Earasers and would buy them again anytime. Looking back, I actually regret not buying them much sooner.

I wore them at parties and even kept them in while talking to people. They were not uncomfortable at all. I could have normal conversations while feeling protected from the loud noise. It gives you a real sense of comfort and security without taking away the experience.

The biggest advantage for me is that you don’t hear your own voice while speaking, unlike with many other earplugs. That has always bothered me with other brands. Earasers don’t have that problem, which makes them the perfect solution for me.

What a waste of money !!!
i bought those plugs for sleeping,because the ones i normally use ( made of silicone or foam)
make my ear-canal sweaty and itchy during the night.
If this is the case with the earseras? i can not tell.
I only used them for about 1 hour and could not fall asleep!
They reduce the noice not even half as much as the normal foam plugs.
It feel like i wear a bit of cotton wool in my ear….
Advertised to minimize the noise of traffic,snoring,etc to secure a good sleep……

I had to ask for a new pair of plugs ,since the first one they sent seemed to have been the wrong ones.
Three weeks later they arrived ,only to find out that they were of the same poor quality as the first ones.
So,if you really are such a light sleeper ,like me:
Stick to NOTON Aqua sport silicon plugs or BILSOM 303L Earplugs to make sure you’ll hear nothing at night!!!!

I really like Earasers. After rehearsals my ears don’t ring anymore, even when the drums are loud for a long time. The only small downside is that as a vocalist I hear my own voice a bit more inside my head, but overall they are great and very comfortable to use

I heard too much sound coming in (not enough reduction), using your -20dB. I have other earplugs (custom made) that are -19dB, but hold a lot more noise out and thereby sound much better. I did'nt really feel the difference with the once you buy for 20 euro at the drugstore. I am a musician and studio owner, so earplugs are very important to me. I won't buy yours again.....

I placed my order on May 3rd, and EU shipping is supposed to take 3–5 business days. It’s now May 14th and my package has been stuck outside EU in Swiss customs for 4 days with no updates at all.

I emailed customer support twice and never got a response. At this point, I don’t even know if the package is still coming or what happened with the shipment.

Mistakes and delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is just unprofessional.

I bought these earplugs because I have tinnitus, and I want to protect my ears whenever I go to clubs, concerts or loud places in general.

Pros
My main issue is that my ears are very small, so a lot of earplugs didn't fit or fit but hurt. I have to say, Earasers solved this: the XS size is perfect for me! It does tend to slip out a little sometimes, but most of the time I can barely feel it's there.

As for protection, I'm no expert but my ears don't hurt after a night out and I can easily tolerate loud spaces with these in. Plus, I can hear the music well and have conversations more easily than with other earplugs.

Customer service was also great: there was a little mishap with the shipping, but after sending an email it was quickly solved.

Cons
They are hard to clean properly. I got some cleaning wipes cause I bought the welcome kit, and they work well for the external part; however, they are not sustainable as they are single use. The filter is more problematic. I was given a little tool which is helpful to scoop earwax out of it, but I'm always worried I might damage the filter while cleaning it. I feel like I can never fully clean the earplugs, which is not ideal.

They are really expensive. I care a lot about hearing protection so this was justified for me, but it's still a lot of money for a pair of earplugs; especially given that you're supposed to change the sleeves every few months.

On top of this, I did not like that you have to buy a carrying case separately. At this pricepoint, I would expect it to be included; the case you get included in the price is not suitable for carrying them around, which is what most people do, I assume. I spent the extra 10€ to get the case and, while it's certainly sturdy and does the job, it's quite small, and it's sometimes hard to make the earplugs fit (keep in mind I carry the smallest size).

Talking about size, I read comments of people finding it hard to handle the small stem to get them in and out. Having smaller hands, this is easier for me, but I can imagine it being an issue for people with bigger hands. The stem works well for me, but it looks a little funny coming out of my ears (looks like an alien ahah) + it sometimes gets caught in my hair. This is a very minor issue tho, I just wanted to mention it. Also, if you're worried about appearance, they are very subtle and hardly noticeable; I only notice the stem looking a bit funny because I know it's there, but other people will probably not care or notice.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. They do the job very well, they're comfortable and the customer service was great. However, they do have a few downsides that were worth mentioning. I would say these are a great choice if you have very small ears and struggle with finding the right size. Otherwise, consider what your priorities are and see if they can be the right fit :)

the best plugs, tbh I tested a lot of them, and these plugs combines attenuation and clarity in the best way posssible. you can still speak and understand when talking while having ur ear protected

The purchased item has not arrived after waiting for 3 months. I do not know if the shipper is to blaim for this, but Earasers has not replied to any of my inquiries. I tried to contact shipper DHL, but they said that this had to be handled by Earasers. The tracking info is extremely long and not very helpful. It says that the item arrived and ready for pick up, but then said that import was not possible and apperantly is in another country now, but still enroute to customer. UPDATE: They contacted me now through whatsapp and appearantly there was something wrong with the email service. They appologised and said they would try to send again.

useless, waste of money

I am very disappointed with their client service. I’ve been their customer since 2022. and I have zero issues with the product - it’s great.
That’s why I immediately ordered a new pair of earplugs when I lost my old ones, but the package never arrived. I tried to contact them but they aren’t responding to their email or phone for over a month and I don’t have my money or the earplugs.

PostNL lost the initial shipment, got my order re-sent without any issues. The plugs fit and sound great, very comfortable.
