I've had problems with my sleep for a long time. After moving into my first flat, it became so bad that I was only getting maybe 2-3 hours of sleep at night, and even this amount didn’t feel like restorative sleep. I tried to carry on working, but it got to the point where I felt like I could barely stand, and since my job is quite physical I decided it was best to take some time off to focus on finding a solution. I already had a chronic health condition (ulcerative colitis) which I’m convinced was caused by years of poor sleep, so I didn’t want to take any chances.

I used my free time to research and test out many different sleep solutions, but up until today earthing is the only thing that has definitely helped me. I started out with the sleep mat kit connected directly to an earth pole (I didn’t trust connecting it to an electrical outlet as I’d read that dirty electricity can be problematic). It did take maybe 2-3 nights before I noticed a difference, but by the end of the first week I was consistently getting 6-7 hours of sleep and only waking up once or twice during the night. I also started using the universal mat to rest my feet on some evenings and noticed that my sleep was consistently deeper and longer when I did so.

At this point there was no doubt in my mind that earthing was working for me, so I decided to also buy the earthing pillow case, hoping that it would help me have a lie in from time to time. Since moving into my first flat I’d been unable to sleep past 6-7 in the morning. However, I didn’t notice any difference when using the pillow case and, for some reason, I still can’t sleep in.

I eventually moved out of the flat as I became convinced that something there was causing my poor sleep and ended up moving into a static caravan in a quiet area away from the road and any other possible disturbances. I didn’t use the earthing mat for a few weeks as I was curious how I would sleep without it. Once again I found myself only being able to sleep for the first half of the night. I’d wake up around 2-3 every morning and either not be able to fall asleep again or fall into a really light sleep that left me still feeling very tired in the morning. The first night I used the earth mat again (also connected directly to an earth pole), I slept until 5 in the morning and only woke up once to go to the toilet. This has now been consistent for over a week.

I’m still trying out different things as I believe good sleep is the most important thing you can do for good health, but for now the earthing mat is allowing me to function again. I really hope this review helps someone else who is trying to make up their mind on whether or not to buy these products. There are a lot of scams and false promises out there, but this is (in my experiece) the real deal!

Just another scam with some bait and switch along with it! I purchased several of their products & have been using them for months with absolutely no positive result. My arthritis problems are just as bad, if not worse. This is a scam that I bought into. Also, they post “free” stuff but when you go to the “free” thing, in very small print it says “after buying $99.00 worth of their other products. How is that free. I had hoped this company was legit but very disappointed!

I bought a pair of shoes, and an earthing mat. The shoes are made on the smaller size, not true to size, so I had to exchange for one size bigger. Upon receiving the shoes, I tried them on, and knew right away that they were too small. I asked for an exchange to a bigger size, and sent them back. I was told with proof of shipment, the new size would be send out. This was a lie. After I sent them back, I expected for the follow through as promised. Nope. I was then told another tale, that they were now in "inspection" mode. What? They are brand new. It's a week later AFTER you have received a brand new pair of shoes, and I am being told to keep waiting. I bought these shoes 34 days ago and still do not have them. I am very disappointed, and would never treat my customers this way after they spent close to 200 dollars with my company.

DO NOT BUY! I’ve had this mat for 3 months now and it makes no positive difference at all. My inflammation increased and my sleep decreased. It’s a con so don’t be sucked in. You can’t return the mat once opened, but how can you know if it works without opening it??? If you want to buy one I’ll sell you mine for half price.

I have used the mats for several months (I bought 4) for several hours a day with direct contact and absolutely no impact on inflammation. I even tried sleeping on it, again with no effect.

I contacted customer care and they weren’t helpful suggesting I wasn’t using them enough.

If you live outside US, the cost of buying from earthing.com can be costly. The shipping charges are 2 phase. One given in the quote in shipping and handling. The other , after you receive, you get an invoice charging you more. No choice but to pay because it’s the law.

In regards to the goods , I am using the mat. Tested it is working. I am testing their product against another company who never gave any issues to me. The wall adapters seems to have a good furnish and mat too is thinner with two different colours. The black faces up and blue in the ground.
Yet to use the sheets as I have another product which gives me a nice cotton feeling.

I have to completely rewrite my previous review, as I did get my package in good working order with all items included. The confusion was that my order showed as shipped via Fed Ex, complete with tracking number, but when I tracked it, it showed canceled by sender with no updates or customer service outreach. I received the package via USPS today. So. Not sure what happened, but I am in receipt of my items and a happy customer. There's a ton of research around earthing, and I believe this is exactly what I am needing for arthritis pain and age related issues. Thank you Earthing.com!

I cannot yet state the effectiveness of the mattress cover kit, but Nivea in customer service was fantastic. I thought I had ordered a bundle, but had only ordered the cover. She immediately got the remainder of the items in the mail to me. Can't wait to see how they work for me. Thank you, Nivea and Earthing!

This is a complete life changer for me!
I'm not reviewing any particular company or product, just the act of grounding and I just want people to know how this simple act of grounding my body to earth changed my life. I've been on disability since 2020 due to osteoarthritis and from all the testing including ct scans, mri's, bone scans and x-rays, they all showed the same thing, I have osteoarthritis in pretty much every joint in my body. I've already had one hip replaced and was looking at a future where I would have the other hip and both knees replaced. I've been using the maximum allowed anti-inflammatory's and pain killers just to get by and while they helped, it was still a painful and debilitating experience. I started grounding and noticed some improvement but allowed for the possibility that it was all in my mind. After a few months, I started going down hill again and decided to check the operation of the grounding mat and I discovered that the cable was open circuit and when I replaced it, I noticed a big improvement and it's been steadily improving ever since. I have stopped all medications, I can go for a walk and I actually tried running for the first time in about fifteen years and the only reason I stopped was because I ran out of steam which was no surprise but oh what a feeling and at almost 66 years old, I am going back to work, not because I have to but because I want to and I'm confident that I can. I would strongly recommend this for anyone who has any type of inflammation to deal with. If someone can just get one quarter of the help from grounding that I got, it's absolutely worth it!!

The universal sleep mat works very well. It helps circulate the part of my body that's sore from exercise or hiking or anytime muscles are overworked or just old age pain! I bought the sleep mat and it did nothing. They will refund but you have to pay the return shipping. If you ship via USPS there is an automatic insurance tacked on (up to $100) but there's a tracking number included. They did get my package but it has been almost 2 weeks since I sent it but never got an email saying they received it. They don't operate in a legitimate way that one would expect a good business to function. A "1" for customer service.

I took a delivery from this company. The item did not work because apparently my electrics are not grounded. The problem is you are not going to know this until you test the product. Their only solution is to return at your costORGet an electrician in!!! ( ridiculous cost) ! OR they have a grounding rod ( more cost) and not suitable for normal bedroom first floor usage. Cost to return is huge (£67). ( if you make same mistake as me at least don’t send the books back. That will save postage. ) I ended up about £80 out of pocket. The company was totally unhelpful. You might say all my fault - certainly the terms and conditions did! But I wouldn’t recommend you to touch this company. Mel Smith

There is no effective customer service. Have left message numerous times with no call back. Have emailed with no specific answer on returning. I had a window to return while I was in the US BUT no one reached out to me. The product did not work for me--made my problems worse

I finally received a call from CSR but she was no help. I asked to speak to her supervisor but was denied access The supervisor then called and he took care of the problem. Very exhausting experience

Ordered several products which arrived promptly and well packed. The product tester works. No returns or customer service needed.

This company is the real deal. Everything from the product to the product tester is spot on. Definitely a solid investment and im impressed with how far Earthing products have come in the last decade. Amazing

I ordered from belgium and got a crazy high shipping cost. I send an email to ask for help and they helped me to get in contact with european partners to avoid shipping costs.

This won't be a problem in the US, but it's amazing customer service, never seen before from an american webshop.

I bought the king size mattress pad hoping it would help with autoimmune conditions and I was not disappointed. I’m extremely happy with results. Catherine at customer service was brilliant! 5 ⭐️

So I've had issues with this company off & on because several of their staff is poor with their communication or they just never call me back. This has happened at least 3 times.

I bought some mats the first time, then I bought this other type of mat and after a while it started to turn from a gold color to a dark brown, so I wrote them asking what was going on.

They said they knew of this issue and were discontinuing that item & the only way for me to get my money back was to return it.

Unfortunately I am overseas (I told him this) and returning it was going to be a pain. I'm not even sure how much it would have cost to return it.

I was hoping to get back to the US so I could return it then, but because of the scamdemic, I couldn't.

I'm finally going to be returning now, so I wrote them to get their address & now all of a sudden I'm told I can't get the refund since it's over a year.

I was never told that I had a 1 year limit to return it. He knew before the year that the item was breaking down.

They sold me a defective product and won't return my money.

Update: somehow a manager saw what happened and reached out to me and eventually gave me my money back so I'm thankful for that.

Best company for grounding products. I bought a whole range of products directly from them and Amazon.com and they worked better for me than similar products.
