I purchased the grounding sheet for our King Size bed a couple of months ago and my life has changed for the better ever since I placed it on our bed. From the very first night I noticed a reduction in aches and pains and longer periods of sleep. My Plantar fasciitis has also now completely disappeared, a huge win! My partner says his moods have been better even though he is very grounded through his job, so that was an unexpected win too. I used the sheet for six weeks on a couple off and then on again and did not notice any improvement or difference in sleep or anything else. I also gifted the five mats to others, and none of the five people reported any noticeable differences either — so six of us in total experienced no change.

After being able to sleep in one slightly awkward position for the last few years due to inflammation, I noticed that I would kind of "melt" into the bedsheets and relax very quickly.
