do not order from this company, it is impossible to change delivery date or address. They are impossible to work with. I think AI would be easier to work with! horrible horrible.

I have tried 3 different similar products. I can feel the difference with this one. Also, customer service is very responsive. It is easy to manage your own subscription with this brand.

Criminals! DO NOT BUY from these crooks! Any purchase is treated as a subscription, and there is no such thing as a money back guarantee, even though they advertise that they do honor one. They didn’t only charge me for the product, though. On Aug 10, 2026 they padded the fake subscription no charge by an extra $37.00, evidently hoping I wouldn’t notice. Many, many emails later, I have a written guarantee that they have cancelled my subscription - we’ll see how that goes, but I don’t hold out any hope that they’ll keep their word. No refund, either. Their emails are frothy word salads offering coupons and discounts. I’ve reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, and I’ll report them anywhere else I can find a way to do it.

Complete scam. Never had a subscription, just made a one time order, and never recieved my original shipment that I payed for. They tried to take unauthorised money out. Don't touch this company. Facebook should better monitor their advertisers.

They have the VERY WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! After 2-1/2 months, they still have not gotten back to me so that I can cancel my Autoship!!! They keep charging my CC!!! They are crooks!!!

Fortunately I was paying with Pay Pal. And Earthline sent me an email saying they were getting my product ready to ship when I continually told them I didnt have a subscription but they said I did. I immediately went on Pay Pal and told them not to pay so I was able to get out of that predictment. Earthline was not happy. Hopefully with all the bad reviews they will go out of business.

I give this company one star for their promptness and courtesy in getting back with me when I emailed them. However, it took the product a long time to come, and the fact that dextrose is in the product, which is sugar, is unacceptable. Also, what is the worst is the fact that you automatically get signed up for a subscription and you have no idea that you’re getting it. Only scam companies do this. Do a better job on your advertising, please!

Beware- you will be enrolled in autoship hell with no escape. Refund policy can't be used, and customer service gives lip service. Seems to be a PO Box out of NJ.

They just tried to withdraw funds from my Credit card with no authorization.

Brazen, illegal and criminal.

Have tried to cancel this. No address or customer service to contact. Alternative is to cancel my card!
Why is there not another way to cancel? Bad, when there is no customer service!

I'm impressed that Earthlinenaturals responded so quickly. The matter was dealt with in a professional way.

This company is pure crap! I’ve never experienced any company doing business this way. I ordered a one time purchase and they put me on a subscription. They would not cancel it after I told them I didn’t sign up for it. It took several months and me calling my bank. They need to be out of business.

I wanted to try the product so I ordered not realizing I had signed up for a prescription plan, I was not fully satisfied with the product so I didn't order again. They sent the product again so I went on line and cancelled the prescription, after receiving 10 emails back and forth and declining the charges they kept sending the product which I return. Do not order from this company ever they will never let you cancel. They should not be allowed to conduct business this way. If anyone files charges against this company I will be happy to testify against their business practices.

Scam company. Order once and they put you on subscription. They charge your card monthly and there is absolutely no way to undo it. They won't properly respond to emails, no working phone number. On the site, they have no return policy. All the ads that offer a money back guarantee are all fake. Will likely have to cancel the credit card because the credit company can dispute charges but can't prevent charges.

these people are cunning crooks they have been sending me stuff and raiding my account cant contact them to get it stopped and money back i wouldnt mind betting their product is all crap too i have been ripped off the filthy swine that they are everyone stay clear of them.

I ordered these and they didn't work I wasn't gonna order them again. Then they took money outta my account again and that's when I found out I had a subscription that I didn't start. And now I have emailed them several times for a refund and they offer me 10% and say thats all they can do even tho they offer a 60 day guarantee SO DONT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND now gotta report them to better business bureau and then see if I can sue them and get them to pay. And its not gonna be for the amount I paid now I want thousands for all the trouble they caused me and hopefully it will cause them to shutdown so Noone else will have the same problem

I ordered this product based on all the hype you see on Facebook. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering them. I ordered them on May 14, 2026. The company, Earthline Naturals charged me for them and I have never received the product. Then they proceeded to try to charge me each month since then, so I had to report unauthorized activity on my debit card and obtain a new card. I have not been able to get a response from customer service regarding my initial order. What a scam!

Since I can’t give it a zero. Did a one time purchase and then got an email the next month my monthly subscription order would ship in 3 days. Never enrolled in a subscription and the back and forth with customer service was meaningless. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. My mistake, as what happened to me seems to be the norm.
